They have arrested her on perverting the course of justice - which i think means lying to the police under oath doesnt it?

Is it at all possible that they knew where she was all the time?

Perhaps cahnnel 4 should now re-show the documentary on shannons family and see how it is received knowing what we know.

being serious now, i would think that the police and cps must have a pretty strong case against KM for it to have gone this far, however, i really find many of the comments on here ignorant, stupid, snobby and totally lacking in intelligence.

one the whole, the very fact that you use mumsnet means that you are totally out of the socio/demographic sphere of women like KM. if she is found guilty of neglect/abuse etc then she deserves what ever the courts decide.

figroll - my business is measuring advertising/pr. i need not make assumptions about the socio/demographic/economics of the users of mumsnet. the information is in the public domain, if you know where to look.

And of course statistics always tell you the full story, as I am sure you are well aware.
