To think the Grandfathers knows it all! Re: Sara Sharif

Latest update, the Grandfather has been lying all along and has had the GC with him.

It must be incredibly stressful for him, having been thrown into this situation by his son. But he will know where his son and daughter in law are.

This is such a traumatic situation for those kids, knowing their sister is dead. What sort of abuse have they been subjected to? What have they seen?

Not sure what the AIBU is!!! And I can’t be bothered making one up. There is more to this case, a lot lot more and I’m convinced the family in Pakistani are not giving as much information as they know.

I don't think he has had the kids from day one but may be after the police had already been to visit him. I do think he knew a hell of a lot more than he let on and tried to fool the police.
I sadly feel like poor Sara will never see justice.

lljkk · 12/09/2023 07:11

Do we know how hold the 5 children are?

The article linked above your post quotes him saying that he has had the children since they arrived in the country, but that apparently no one ever asked him if he knew where they were so he didn't say anything.

LadyatLady82 · 12/09/2023 10:03

He was hiding the kids, or protecting them. He probably wanted the children to be safe, didn’t want them on the run with his idiot son and his wife.

I think they can’t hide anymore the couple, they seem so self absorbed. They said nothing about Sara. If they’d done nothing wrong then why did they run off. That poor child.

Wandering around Pakistan with children from the UK is always interesting as however you are, you always stick out. I personally think the dad has recently dumped them with the grandad. It’ll be interesting to see if the Pakistani police hand them over to the Embassy or keep them as way of bringing the dad out.

Either this could have all been avoided if the step mum/dad had called an ambulance.

LadyatLady82 · 12/09/2023 10:10

Yes! Although in their video they said they were all hungry. The GF seemed to want to make a point in saying he’s had the kids from the start but no one asked him about the kids. Although he seems to have forgotten he said he hasn’t seen his son.

so perhaps you’re right they’ve been dropped off recently.

I’ve just read the latest update and I’m fuming. All these adults complaining about being on the run and the grandad accusing the police of breaking his cctv and gates. No one’s mentioned Sara!

I love my DC and would do anything to protect them but if I had an inkling that they hurt my GC I would cooperate with the authorities.

His excuse that he didn’t mention the children because no one specifically asked him. C’mon!

All those other children must be so frightened. God knows what they witnessed at home and are now alone in a foreign country.

Does anyone know if the other siblings have the same mother as Sara?

Dramatic · 12/09/2023 12:41

Of course they know, they've hidden those children so the son can go on the run. I'm sure they know exactly where he is too.

prairiegirl81 · 12/09/2023 12:46

@Xeren I believe Sara's mother had another child, an older boy, with Sara's father, so I can only assume that the other four children out in Pakistan are the children of this new partner, and that they must all be under 9? I suppose it's also possible that the new partner had children from a previous relationship and they might also be amongst the group.

It's such a terrible situation. I hope they give themselves up soon. I do wonder if the British authorities will want to bring the children home?

Evieanne · 12/09/2023 12:50

The children’s names are in the public domain now. The eldest Noman was known already as he’s Sara’s full brother. The others are the children Beinash and Irfan had

Evieanne · 12/09/2023 13:00

And they don’t need to give any of you more information, it’s not your grief, it’s not your family member. They don’t owe the British public or the Pakistani public (aka the press) any information. Most people are being nosy. This is a real life family falling apart here and I’m sure you wouldn’t appreciate your grandparents being accused in the same way Sara’s has been, leave the family in Pakistan alone.

Of course they owe the public an explanation. Are you dumb to the fact a child was killed, the parents lied, the GF lied? I hope the entire family rots in hell for the hiding these murderers. Did you think about the welfare of the other 5 kids as their sister was murdered and now, as they stand to lose their parents and home? You must be living under a rock.

And you’re advocating for a pile on aimed at innocent members of a deceased girl’s family who are grieving?? Have you heard yourself. Absolute disgusting claiming they’re all guilty.

AnIndianWoman · 12/09/2023 13:35

Anyone who knows India and Pakistan knew the gf was complicit. Such a waste of time. He should be taken to prison for this.

Naah definitely not advocating for a pile on. I think the fuckers should be held accountable to the police, Justice system and media. They are complicit through their silence.

That’s what threads like this lead to though 😞

memyselfeye · 12/09/2023 14:04

@Evieanne- are you the parents or the uncle in the case? You seem to feel very protective of the three suspected murderers of poor, innocent Sara- you've also commented on another thread defending the family. They are not grieving- no one has said anything about Sara other than her being an 'incident'. The grandad switched on faux tears as is the Pakistani way when a journalist asked him about her. Pakistani police is brutal and fucking corrupt. From the looks of their Pakistani house, the family is not short of money or influence (helps having two sons abroad who send money to their father I suppose...). The police have clearly been bribed and are colluding with the just as culpable grandfather to buy the three idiots time to abscond. I hope they're caught and face a very harsh sentence for hurting Sara- she's the victim in all of this.

I’m protective of three murderers?? That’s a reach. I have said nothing in support of those three. I’m protective of the grandfather and other innocent family members being unfairly criticised. There are a lot of assumptions being made here. If that was the case the children wouldn’t be moved to a government childcare facility. The grandfather clearly loves his grandchildren a lot including Sara. He spoke very fondly of Sara and said the grief will stay with him for the rest of his life because he’s lost his granddaughter. And the grief is evident on his face. Due to the religion and culture, the concept of grief is expressed very differently, not to mention in Islam you can only grieve by sobbing for three days and after that you can’t because it hurts the person’s body. It is not up to you to say he’s not grieving.

TulipCat · 12/09/2023 17:03

The whole thing is riddled with lies and cover ups. The father says he is afraid of being attacked by the Pakistani police, so why run there in the first place. The reality is ge's afraid of facing the consequences of whatever caused the "incident" as he calls it, of the death of his daughter. If that was an accident, an innocent person would have called an ambulance and not fled the country leaving his daughter's dead body alone in his house. None of this is the behaviour of a blameless parent.

LadyatLady82 · 12/09/2023 17:32

Corruption at play, there is no chance no one knows where those 3 are.

The family are complicit. Why run away to Pakistan if you’ve done nothing wrong? I initially thought the GF was innocent not anymore.

Money prob sent from the uk to fund a nice life in Pakistan. It’s not a new thing!

And they’ve been arrested. Who else could have hurt this child? They showed their guilt when they left her dead.

Shocking.

She had multiple and extensive injuries on her body but no cause of death was determined. That photo of her with make up on like an adult rather than a 10 year old girl is disturbing.

PerfectYear321 · 13/09/2023 23:16

You can see bruises in another photo of her
