9 year old girl has been shot in Liverpool

Just watching this on the news. Poor little girl. 9 years old and lost her life. Just awful. RIP little one.

Just heard the Chief Constable's statement about what happened. Unbelievable. Man A is being chased by Man B, who has a gun. Man A forces his way into a house, no connection whatsoever with the people in the house. Man B follows him in and shoots indiscriminately. Olivia, the 9yo girl, is shot in the chest. Man A also wounded several times. Olivia's mum shot in the wrist. Man B leaves the scene. Man A's friends turn up and take Man A to hospital, leaving Olivia and her Mum behind. The police and paramedics get Olivia to hospital but she dies there. Her poor, poor mother, and other family. What kind of scum could do this?

The detail in the press conference by the police is just awful.
