Well, Bright Spark here was gazing round the ward one day and noticed that just about all the plaster technicians were wearing red and white striped badges. So, quoth I, I see you're all Sunderland fans then. No, said the bloke who was tending to DS2, these are the badges of the Royal College of Orthopaedic Technicians .
