I love that cat. Is she going to get hjer knuckles rapped by the health and safety brigade for having a loose animal in the car though?

LilRedWG · 15/11/2007 10:41

I want to be a cat!

ahundredtimes · 15/11/2007 10:42

He's pretty fearsome looking isn't he? She's doubled over with happiness though, driving along, laughing wildly - doesn't she realize her life has become dominated by the demands of this cat?

ahundredtimes · 15/11/2007 10:43

I don't get this cat.

Why does everyone love this cat so much?

It's demanding and lazy, and hangs about on St Augustine Road under a bush. I think it sounds well dodgy.

CodDickinson · 15/11/2007 10:47

its a dealer

hses his ho

OP posts:
ahundredtimes · 15/11/2007 10:50

Yes I like the name. The name is good. But the name also suggests that his owner has already endowed him with status and importance.

Sargeant fgs!

She'll be calling him Sargeant Podge Media Star now. It's a cat fgs! What's the matter with this woman?

I don't get funny cat stories. I don't get cats actually, you're right.

Have you got that Martin Lewis book on funny cats?

CodDickinson · 15/11/2007 10:51

OP posts:
ahundredtimes · 15/11/2007 11:01

You make it sound almost romantic.

A lot of people, no actually women, are very romantic about their cats. I don't get it.

Mind you, I like the fact cats kill birds. That's what they should be doing, murdering birds, not hanging about under bushes and posing for articles in The Times.

[goes off to write letter to the editor, about just that]

MegaLegs · 15/11/2007 11:30

I saw the lady on the news, she has other cats, one was called Tipsy because it's blind and deaf and can't walk straight.

ahundredtimes · 15/11/2007 11:36

Now she's on the news too?

I reckon she's got plans for this cat. It'll be Hollywood next.

chopchopbusybusy · 15/11/2007 11:44

This story first started on our local radio station, then South Today picked it up and now it's national news. I predict someone will now kidnap the cat and demand a huge ransom.

ahundredtimes · 15/11/2007 11:49

It will be me!

I know its hiding place and everything. I might even have a chat with it whilst it is in my custody and demand to know just how attention seeking his owner is.

Sgt Podge will probably want to stay here, away from the glare of media scrutiny and his owners dreams of world domination and laughing car-driving, but I shall refuse.

Might send it over to Salisbury though, for a bit of suntanning and careful accessorizing.

CodDickinson · 15/11/2007 13:02

oh you fiend
eh si divine.

OP posts:
ahundredtimes · 15/11/2007 13:05
