She will be moaning about her new SIL thinking it's all about her, her MILs crazy old fashioned rules about what the younger generations can wear, say and do and can't wait till she's gone and she can put the kids in shellsuits, onesies and get their ears pierced.

I don't know, I think she was planning for this end result for quite some time!

A bit of research in advance whilst getting a degree then not using it, just giving up her life and position as an educated woman to do nothing other that follow a guy around, as a wonderful example to young girls of what they can achieve?

That right Kate, I'm talking to you. Letting the side down there, really not doing women any favours with that:)

If Kate does have an account with MN - then good on her. Did not like her at first as just another wannabee getting into 'The Firm' but since that awful Canadian/American came on the scene, she has remained stoical.

She (the first) has remained out of sight in luxury paid for by others on yet another maternity leave, that's all!

I can’t imagine how isolating it must be to be in her position. She can’t go to toddler groups or meet other new mumsnaoart from Zara. She’s living in a compound under 24/7 guard, and her job is to always look immaculate and look interested and friendly, meeting absolute strangers. She can’t go out shopping or do anything normal without being papped. Her family are scrutinised for any sign of anything negative.
No money worries certainly, but no life as we would know it.
I think she may have had PND after Geoege, reading between the lines. Not really surpriosinve she was living in a farmhouse in a remote part of Wales at the time with no support network.
I hope she is on here and it helps her. I’m sure she longs to be common sometimes.

I thought the north wales stint was before the children came along, and then they moved to Norfolk.

I think it’s fab she has her mum on hand though. That must be very grounding.

I’d like to know does she take two outfits with her when she has the children? Mine seem to put sticky handprints on themselves and on me, even if there’s nothing sticky to be found! They generate their own grubbiness!

They were living in Wales when George was born. They only moved to Norfolk later on.

They certainly never moved back to Anglesey with George.

Yes, they had moved from Wales at that point, but they WERE living there when George was born. Your tone is unnecessarily aggressive.
