Well, thanks Dergadgehead, maybe it might work better put to music.
Anyway, we don't need to worry about this Gosport scandal anymore. Why's that, I hear you say. Because as if on cue, a young nurse has been arrested and she may be Britain's most prolific child killer.

That's a pretty cute distraction isn't it? Takes Gosport off the news pages and helps reinforce the view that it's not actually the State that's in the wrong, rather, it's all down to the lone wolf/riff raff from whom we need protection.
Not saying she didn't do it. But think about it. They knew the Gosport story would break around now, had it on their radar. When would be the best time to carry out this new arrest? Just after Gosport breaks.
Same way as advertising the useful way spy cops can snare Islamist terrorists, just after LUSH's anti-spy cop campaign. Or flagging up those Grenfell fraudsters who tried to con the Government by falsely claiming they lived in Grenfell. Though how anyone gets the State to just hand over £100K or more by simply showing up and saying 'Ooh, I lived there, honest' with no proof at all, why it almost makes one wonder if the State weren't engaging in a bit of entrapment - see, look everyone! We're not the ones who are dishonest, it's you lot, the ordinary riff raff who need watching! Not us, the State.
There does seem to be this weird, alternative narrative they are always trying to promote.
