False Stories saying that Peter Andre has died

Heard on the radio this morning that last night there were false stories being circulated on the net that Peter Andre had died yesterday.
Apparantly his website has had to put out a statement to say he is still alive

I don't think MN has got stupid apart from everyone trying to be more PC then the next person and shooting down in flames anyone left that can think for themselves and have their own opinion.

Yes kimi couldn't agree more, although the 'stupid' referenes will be around for a few days, spin off threads, 'i'm not stupid becuase......' or ' everyone is stupid becuase....'

Like the swearing one the other day, suddenly it seemed mumnet had eaten a tube of smarties and in hyper frenzy "shitty shit" started to appear and over use of profanity in thread titles.

I recently argued on another thread that you can't have a debate anymore on MN and i don't think you can without belittling peoples views. Rather than " i see what your saying but...." kind of approach.

I think if she was genuinely thick then there wouldn't be the Katie Price / Jordan partition. I always thought that a rather intelligent device in terms of enabling her to retain her dignity (and possibly an indicator of what she really thinks of the industry she's in..). pesonally i wouldn't get my baps out (mainly because of the alwsuits from traumatised and disgusted men , I have shite breasts) but its not part of my concept of acceptable to shoot poeple down because of how they live their life. That whole walk a day in my moccasins lark (plus there's so many prostitutes / drug dealers / child pimps out there its rather innocuous whatshe does)

LOL at the MN has dumbed down stuff- i've been netting for whatb seems like several aeons now and my opinions never change. but KP does embody a certain girl power spirit it is certainly a pleasent surprise to see a woman come out on top as it were in the glamour industry and move beyond it, it is a shame though that society operates in such away that women are seen as objects so good on KP for showing she is a person

The way I see it as that it's fine and normal to disapprove of someone's life choices.. but is that really enough to make assumptions on what kind of person they actually are? And then say you dislike that person? I can't see how..

And if people (not just you) don't want to be accused of being "jealous" of Jordan then they should just shut up criticising her and go about their own "far more productive lives". IMO anyway.
