We already have rising numbers of 'Initial' names. Tee Cees and Tee Jays etc

and these are the childrens names, not the initials of the child's names

don't know why they haven't listed the boys names. They are not in the paper copy of the TES either

MB just read article again - it says the results are from an unpublished survey, and the top 22 names were all girls...

shall we all write to TES and ask them to publish the survey?

no, just to tell us mnetters - we need to know.

oh well I guess my Ds's have got no chance then - they'll never make it onto the top list and are "racially distinct"

I wonder if foreign names come under unusual names that might be predjudiced against? I bloody hope not!

My DS's name is on the 2015 list - not sure how I feel about that...

Yay - dd's name is in the top 5 high achieving, and dh's name is in martianbishop's top 5!

MAy I suggest that this is purely teachers exhibiting their middle class prejudices?!!!
