Some reports of a suicide bomber near the Stade de France.

It looks like a coordinated multi site attack, in areas designed to attract maximum traffic and attention. I am not convinced the death of Jihadi John perpetrated this, but it was probably in the planning anyway and his demise hastened this plan, I imagine.
How horrific.
France will not take this lying down. Rightly so.

Not so sure. They couldn't know in advance there would be a fixture at the Stade de France on the day he'd be killed. Is Friday 13th a French superstition as well?

It seems the police/military have started an operation to take the Bataclan theatre. It's unusual to go in so quickly, isn't it? Unless they fear imminent danger to the hostages.

Difficult to storm a building if you don't know much about its internal layout, nor who is where inside.

Though Reuters reporting that operation is over. But not clear how many casualties during it.
