The traffic is truly awful.

The M25 is closed between J23 (south mimms) and J27 (M11/stanstead). The tailbacks are as far back as J21 and J28 - this is in BOTH directions.

There has also been a stabbing (a young mum outside a school apparently ) in Enfield Town and so all the traffic around there is utterly gridlocked - ie near enough standstill - and the drivers diverting inwards because the M25 is closed is making it worse.

You probably know this already, but just in case....

great. out of interest, why did you leave the Highlands nursery? I have DD's name down for the playgroup there. Is it run by the same people?

Ah, I was being deliberately vague...I meant the one in the Sainsbury's car park. I took her out because I was out of work. They were mostly very good.
