For anyone who hasn't seen Justine in todays News Review part of the Sunday Times .
One paragraph brought a tear to my eye remembering that thread

Threads have been removed from Bad Mothers' Club too. They are calling her "sue" or "she who must not be named". Hee Hee.

CaptainDippy · 14/08/2006 10:25

Rock on!!

morningpaper · 14/08/2006 10:40

chortle @ sue

I have got a mooncup too!

So far it has gone okay, although I thought I would need one the size of a sink plunger for it to stay in place, on account of having to fill a cavity the size of Oxford Street

not clattered out yet though (have visions of kicking it up the street by mistake, leaving Gordon-Ramsayesque tide of gore)

ooooh did you miss him slaughtering his pets?

I made the cat watch it as a warning

FourJays · 14/08/2006 10:53

Mmmm. Lovely image of mooncup!

suzywong · 14/08/2006 11:00

why is there a picture of my MIL's backyard on that article? It's freaking me out.

Jolly good piece

poopy · 14/08/2006 11:13

Excellent article Justine ...
I will stage a lone protest here in NZ if you like with 3bob in christchurch too of course

poppiesinaline · 14/08/2006 11:15

Just got back from hols and am suffering from MN withdrawal symptoms and am that MN could be closed down . There would be hundreds of women wandering the streets with glum faces (or very tidy houses )

Great article Justine. Go Girl!

Bugsy2 · 14/08/2006 11:28

Great article Justine. Good to see that India Knight reads her emails & was giving MN support too! Big thumbs up to the Sunday Times.

Wacker · 14/08/2006 11:52

Great guns to Mumsnet and perfectly worded article from Justine.

Just so it's not totally personal: I understand there has been similar action taken against other sites (badmothersclub.co.uk)

Talk about alienating the target market and freedom of speech!!!

flutterbee · 14/08/2006 11:54

I tried tried to strangle my little sister once but I would defend her fiercely against anyone who tried to hurt her.

Great article Justine.

EmmyLou · 14/08/2006 12:03

Yep - Well done Justine! I was on holiday too when saw an article in papers last week - I morphed into "Outraged of Pembrokeshire". Just how does 'freedom of speech' work again? And will it all fit on a 5' bed sheet hung out of my bedroom window? Might have to tear off a corner as a makeshift hanky to dab my eyes first...

Overrun · 14/08/2006 13:04

Great article, felt really proud to be a mumsnetter

Greensleeves · 14/08/2006 13:10

PMSL @ Sue

How about Sue, Grabbitt & Runne

hatjam · 14/08/2006 22:47

shame on her! shame on her! can we just expunge all references to her from everywhere - turn her into a non-person?

divamummy · 18/08/2006 00:21

well said Justine
