Did Harry say this deliberately after his dad suggested Camilla was his parent?

I smiled when I read about Harry saying : "My mother, who believed passionately in this cause, would be proud of my association with Halo" after reading Charles said 'Harry shoved off knowing his ancient parents were here'

It reminded me Harry knows who his mother is despite the relentless spin by Charles and his buddies.

I know I shouldn't have clicked on the Mail link, but who are all those women in the sidebar of shame? I had only heard of two of them.

In the mail article you have linked to, there are pictures right next to each other, in which they look very alike. The eyes & the smile look almost identical.

I know Boffy, I only knew Cheryl and Paris. It is weirdly fascinating.

You should ask The Firm for some tips.

Bramshot, I am not obsessed, hysterical or anything else. You don't know me. I have every right to raise a few points without pejorative personal attacks. Why do so many forums sink to this level?

I am not questioning Harry's parentage, merely pointing out his referral to his real mother the day after Charles made this - slip of the tongue, made me smile. I am glad both he and William retain their respect and love for their mother and do not want her airbrushed from history. Whatever his relationship is with Camilla, I have never heard him in public call HER mum. Indeed, I also would guess he would be far more informed about all of what happened than the public or indeed many at the palace.

It is nice to hear him refer to his mum and it touched me to think he knows she is proud of him.

I think you are seeing an issue where there isn't one.

She's not bring airbrushed from history. She's dead.

In fact the royal family website refers to her quite prominently.

Not only has Paris moved in with Debbie, but Macauley Culkin is allegedly staying with Pete Doherty. Yikes.

I thought macuslly culling was dead. Is he not?

Not, Chub. But he's edging ever closer if he is living with Doherty.

The ancient Ps or aged Ps is a phrase that I can absolutely see Charles saying. It's very old fashioned. I think he was using the phrase rather than making some kind of statement about Camilla...

OP you really are reading too much into this.

William and Harry constantly refer to Diana in the course of their charity work, it is in no way unusual that he made those comments and you can read nothing into their timing at all unless you have an agenda

The aged Ps is from Dickens isn't it? Great Expectations???

Also I think if you want to see William and Harry's real attitude to CAmilla you need only to look at two things. Firstly their widely reported excitement and enthusiasm at their father's wedding to her and secondly consider who William and Kate picked for the role of small flower girl - Camilla's grandaughter. It clearly suits some people's world view to pretend they secretly loathe her but it's just nonsense.

If you are implying that I think they loathe her, you are wrong. I really hope they are not weighed down by hatred and can see the good in people. I am just glad their mum remains....well, their mum.

I refer to my mum and step-dad as 'my parents', it's just shorthand. I have even done it to my dad although not intentionally - arf.

I think it is perfectly normal-DS would say parents and not mother and step father-it is what people do.
Harry looks very like Charles around the eyes.

I don't think he looks anything like Prince Charles.
He's the dead spit of Neil Armstrong.

I think the royals would rather people forgot there ever was a person called Diana who was married to Charles and the Mother of Harry and William.
