ruty, I was walking along behind a sweet little gang of Receptioneers on a jolly yesterday and one small girl had been sent out on a warm sunny day in mini biker boots with heels :(
Must look out FatFace. It's about the only label ds has mentioned by name and I've heard good stuff about their clothes from others too.

There was an interview article in the weekend papers with a feminist type who I had to agree with actually.

She basically said that women are still being exploited by men but under the guise of liberated type behaviour such as the wearing of t-shirts that say "porn star" or very skimpy clothes being the norm and ladette behaviour which leads to women flashing boobs/poledancing etc whilst drunk which men benefit from as they can ogle for free. It degrades women who have been led to believe they are more equal now beacause they can act this way.

I can't remember the whole thing but that was the gist of it and I agree.

Fat Face have recently opened loads of stores in Oxfordshire and expanded in the South West, so we go there quite a lot [more than DH would like!] I always buy ds things two sizes too big so i can say to DH, 'he'll be able to wear them for ages' which means poor ds is wearing his trousers and sleeves rolled up for about a year!
