The way I look at is if you are not a nonce, or a ponce or a pimp, WHY get so offended that you would go to court ?

The woman who wrote the offensive comments was using a pseudonym - presumably this guy was too? So how on earth does he think his reputation has been damaged, if no-one IRL would know who the comments applied to?

Interesting if the courts have decided that name-calling a pseudonym is libellous - maybe they mean his reputation online on sites where he uses that pseudonym would have been affected? Still seems daft.
