Why has Charlie been arrested?

According to the BBC website, police gave said today's arrests concerned suspicion of conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.

I doubt more will be said unless anyone is charged; and even then there will probably be little made public from official sources until a trial.

haven't got a clue but i do remember last summer, there was something about a laptop or bag found in a car park
