Its a bit American but its to do with the "personhood" bill in Oklahoma which criminalises a range of different things that women do to prevent childbirth but a range of others as well that they might choose to do to help them give birth - even I think to accidental things like miscarriage

What Constance Johnson has done is proposed an amendment to this bill which says than if any sperm is spilled outside a womans vagina then technically that is infringing the rights of the potential unborn child

eg wanking is murder - one in the eye for the male anti-abortion lobby basically

I'm a mass-murderer.

the personhood bill is prolife movement. life begins at conception and therefore from the moment of conception the embryo is a person, with full rights and it seeks to make abortion illegal. It also means, according to some opponants, that a woman who has a miscarriage could theoretically be tried for murder, if it is decided the woman is 'responsible' for it quite how that will be decided I don't know. carried on working? lifted something?
It would affect birth control - anything that affected implantation.
It would affect IVF

It is basically a very scary way to control women.

I think this woman's response to it is brilliant - every drop of sperm that isn't used in the attempt to reproduce is murder, because that's a potential human being.

Of course, sperm is only half a human being, so it's not the same as an embryo. I don't know what the stance of these personhood people is on the unfertilised egg. If they seek to control that too - then that makes this point even better!

All this 'personhood' nonsense will go my list of things to quote when people say, 'why did you move here, I'd love to live in America!'

But birth control like the cap or coil would illegal and I think that in vitro fertilisation wouldn't be able to work any more as defective embryos would have to be emplanted whether they were viable or not and having an accident that resulted in miscarriage would be reclassified as murder. I reckon eggs can't be frozen or donated but now can't find my source on that one.
