Mmmm, I can see what he is getting at but he is forgetting that women can choose whether or not they want to cook.
Personally, I tend to mostly cook from fresh and freeze. That way DH and I have our own ready meal, particularly on the days that we both work. However, about a couple of times a month we have a frozen pizza with frozen chips and baked beans. Big deal!
Is it me or does the media really like to have a pop at women? If we work, we are either neglecting our children or are too selfish to have children. If we stay at home with our children, we are turning them into clingy, crying whelps who will never break free from the apron strings and we must have brains that resemble a black hole. I could go on but can't be bothered. I have fretful,teething 20 month old twin boys, DH is working away, I work 3 days a week, and I'm tired. Off to bed now.
