"Horrible Histories" wins Comedy Award

CBBC's Horrible Histories was the first ever children's show to win something at the British Comedy Awards when it won the Best Sketch Show category last night.

I love HH!! Dd1 was ill a few days before her birthday so she was allowed to open one of her presents early which was the series 1 DVD. We spent nearly the whole day laying on the sofa in blankets watching it. All our dd's love it even the 2 year old!

That is fantastic news, very well deserved.

All three of mine from my 2 year old upwards adore it. I was in a charity shop recently and they had the HH books for 50p each, needless to say I grabbed the lot.

Fab news. We all love it ages 3 - 43 in our house!
Not thrilled they are getting rid of Rattus for the adult version either - why change the format?
Our fave songs are Boudica and Pachacuti.
The Christmas show was really good - DD1 loved telling her Granny that the Saxons gave each other poo for Christmas!

It's brilliant! We went to a museum a few weeks ago and DS1 was telling me about everything we were looking at Mostly courtesy of HH.
