I cannot respect a man who is that bad at his job.

munz · 17/09/2005 11:16

lucky lady!

teeavee · 17/09/2005 11:29

he can't act for peanuts - but I feel sorry for him after reading that - I didn't know about losing the baby and her mother, that's really sad.
I think it's great, refreshing to see such a couple

expatinscotland · 17/09/2005 11:30

Keanu?! Eeewwwwww.

Ulysees · 17/09/2005 11:31

not looked at link but guessin keanu? V sad about his family

My mam lives with a guy 25 + years younger and they're in love so it can work.

yingers74 · 17/09/2005 11:56

I am a fan of Keanu although yes his actin is a bit iffy. He has been unlucky in love and I wish him the best, Keaton is a lovely woman and I hope they are very happy together. Isn't it funny that as you get older, your feelings towards actors you idolised when u were young(fanicied the pants off) start to move towards maternal!!!

Caligula · 17/09/2005 16:03

He's 40????

40????

Gorgeous. Don't care how crap he is as an actor. (What's he been in?)

Chillynips · 17/09/2005 16:03

wow
there hope fro us all

snafu · 17/09/2005 16:05

Ah, bless 'em. He can't act for toffee but seems nice enough, and she's fab. Didn't know about his daughter - how sad.

WideWebWitch · 17/09/2005 16:05

Keanu doesn't do it for me. Not even in leather in The Matrix.

WideWebWitch · 17/09/2005 16:05

Oh v sad about the baby and mother.

Frizbe · 17/09/2005 16:25

mmm, but Keneau in Point Break, mmmmm

Norash · 17/09/2005 16:29

I think he is briliant don't fancy him though. Would be interested to know why so many of you guys on this thread so far think he is a rubbish actor?

lou33 · 17/09/2005 16:43

When is Hollywood going to realise that he was not acting in Bill and Ted?

snafu · 17/09/2005 16:45

Because we've seen some of his films, Norash? He's so wooden he probably floats. (Useful for Point Break though, I suppose)

fuzzywuzzy · 17/09/2005 16:46

Amanda de cadenet is an actress?? Rather if she's the same person who sued to be on 'the word' or whatever it was called

fuzzywuzzy · 17/09/2005 16:46

sued=used

WestCountryLass · 17/09/2005 16:47

DROOL

twirlaround · 17/09/2005 17:07

I thought he was gay

monkeytrousers · 17/09/2005 17:16

Yes, it is really sad. He's quite an interesting star if not a great actor, but then they rarely are. He apparently played Hamlet on stage..now that would've been interesting to see.

Are you looking for recommendations Caligula? I've got a few...

yingers74 · 19/09/2005 10:16

no not gay but he has always been fine about playing gays or being thought of as gay, he is so private he never felt the need to take anyone to court about it! A friend saw him getting on eurostar not long ago, no entourage just himself and a bag, took the time to give autographs etc.

I thought he was ok in the matrix trilogy and hhis looks really do make up for his acting a lot of the time!!!
