anyone else think he's fab? He's so clearly been moved by Katrina and his anger at times is palpable. I know objectivity is key to being a good journalist but sometimes caring is too

Apparently he was born in Germany and moved to London aged 10. Married with 3 children. Sorry to be a party pooper .

Well, obviously I'll do what I can (lots of Tintin and Asterix lying around the house etc) but we have cunning plans to set him up with an exchange pal once he is older (friend's dh teaches at lovely 3-18 school in Normandy).
Will say in my defence that he is already interested in languages, enjoying French at school, etc. Am not planning to bully him into it or anything like that. And your plans for your dds?
Apart from the lust factor I do think people like Matt Frei are excellent role models for boys (especially) who might be put off Modern Foreign Languages. Different thread I think.
