morning all back in a mo with links etc

Morning all, been up since 6 and starting to flag now (i'm more a night owl than a lark). Lee Mack was fab last night but DH ended up working after show so didn't get in bed till late and then I was ill during night (think dodging chinese with Parents). Been an fetched DD from GPs at 7am this morning and had planned a trip to park but neighbours kids were playing on bike so have been doing that. As they play on road I have to go and supervise so a little behind on jobs.

To do

• Put petrol in car - Done
• Rewash clothes - done
• Wash cricket whites (not my job - yucky) - done and drying on line
• wash bedding - Doing currently in washing machine
• Tidy kitchen - Done
• Go to shop for MIL present
• DD to nursery
• DD to park after nursery if no more mardy strops
• Hoover kitchen floor again - I hate wooden floorboards, they always look dirty
• Hoover lounge again - May have to reiterate the not eating in lounge rule to both dd and dh again

Right have to go an play snap. BBL

Bought some french bean plants and sweet peas reduced to 25p LOL
Bought part for hose pipe to attach to tap

snack for dd4 and ds2
planted plants (with dd4 help!)DS2 meanwhile decided to help by pulling all my tomato plants out oftheir pot
dd4 to nursery
home, ds2 lunch then nap
me shower
tidied my room
rebooted laundry

need to get on...havebusy wk/end ahead so must be organised

To do:
Hang out washing
bring dry washing in
sort out basket of clean washing
clean hob
unload/re-load DW
wrap present for dd's friend
check freezer for suitable dinner items!!

Weekend plans so far:
Saturday
Find and inflate paddling pool
never ending washing
DS1 and DD1 to alter servers practice Sat 9.30
Collect dd2's friends and then cinema, followed my meal 2-6pm

Sunday
DD1 to friends party 12.45-2.45

I managed to get to the Market but a down pour started as we were about to get the bus home so DF and I were stuck under shelter for an hour waiting for it to stop.

a lovely lunch out visiting cousin for her 46th birthday (thereis life after 40 I can assure everyone

also saw 2nd slightly grumpy cousin who suffers from terrible anxiety but has never shouted at one of her five kids EVER, (which just shows shouting is good for you, in moderation) Her sister says it is easy not to shout when you have "help". Not sure of the answer to that one.

BIL asleep upstairs, far too hot again today, had to come straight home after school as I felt as if my head was a fried egg.

Very sad news Tea, sending hugs.
ML LOL at your ironing, my DH and often my Mum does mine ... I live a charmed life!
Our outside tap has just broken so DH is in a foul temper. Think it may be something to do with me yanking the hosepipe connector off it yesterday but I'm not owning up! !

ready to sit on the sofa with a beer had good intentions to get Picnic stuff ready for the school fun run tommorow. Put the W/M on other housework not done this week due to course. BUT F* it! It will show DH that this household does work very well if I'm full-time. Really hat off to you girls with a full time job & Housework on top. I suppose I would if I had to but Bugger that would cheese me off. DH is out with friends so I can watch house programmes now!

morning all got back yesterday and had a lovely time. My bro and sister in law have posted some pics on FB. Bro in law and his girlfriend got engaged while we were there too which was lovely.

This morning we will mostly be unpacking, washing, sorting the garden and going to try and find a rose bush the colour of my bouquet.

Well ended up going out to mums and tots
Managed to get a lift and the rain kept off anyway. We were there froom 11am til nearly 3pm!!! had lunch while there and DC very happy playing, great old chin wag... love mums and tots!
Plus a friend came back to mine so hw all put on hold.. who cares!

Had haircut and been into town. Everyone in town looked like they were on their way to the beach . Have bought DD some silver strappy sandals (as requested), against my better judgement (must be the sun). She loves them .

Might go to the beach tomorrow .

maintained diet apart from three chocs now

lost dcs' communion workbooks (last week it turns out - may yet turn up in lost property at local high school)

DH is home today so we are having a DIY day.. taking junk out and general tidy up.. very Flylady don't you think lol

got up to very untidy house and beautiful sunshine at 7.30ish, dd wanted to go for a swim,
so after a bit of pottering in the dew

we have been for a swim and breakfast,
now off home to pick up boys and go to church
escape untidy house!!!!

hello all busy weekend washing and cleaning and stuff. Will post some pics on profile soon. Have spent weekend hunting for laptop charger which got hidden I am now wired to the world again
