Jas · 18/05/2010 13:32

Following GOs example and checking in daily. But no list yet.

I've shopped, planted a few pots up, and watched toy story with ds.

Not the most productive day ever

Lots more to do this afternoon, and swimming in the ebvvening. I'll pop back later.

Wendy- Congratulations I've missed so much on here, but you are obviously pg

TeaMonster · 18/05/2010 13:44

Goodlordy havent you all been busy. Mini is not an happy bunny today, therfore, everything is a challenge.

He wouldnt get dresses this morning
Failed opticians visit
Late for ptrschoo

I have a headache

anyhow, lasagne is in oven
\Pick them up from school/preschool and then haircut and swimming lessons for them

Today I dont want to be a mum

swanriver · 18/05/2010 13:48

Feeling in a good mood this week
done
wrked a bit at school
ds to distant hosp appt, next leg op not scheduled till Oct, so that's less to worry about for a while(he'll be another 3 weeks at home n crutches so it is finding a good stretch that is problem)

bought 2 x PE trainers for ds1 (impssible wide feet) at last, on way back from hosp
sandals for dts

failed to find birthday present for godchild numero 8 (4yrs)

sweptkitchen floor
cleared brek
supervised music x 3 first thing

now piano practice - me!

Dyls good luck with interview, it may be the one!
OFM the birthdays are beginning to blur aren't they (well they are here..)

GLEE last night was pretty good; I was then singingU2 to ds1 and explaining it is "classic rock"(ie:record came out when mum was young)

Wendy at least smock tops are fashionable! But it is the waistbands isn't it. I am really v. envious - I loved being pg.

swanriver · 18/05/2010 13:51

TM oh those horrid days, hopefully he will have forgotten he's cross after pre-school. Hopeyou get through the swimming, well done on lasagne, that's pretty good going.

no idea what's for supper here, pssibly plain noodles -need to go an dlook in veg box.

dylsmum1998 · 18/05/2010 14:09

MC yes I did accept the pgce incase I don't get the GTP

OFM happy birthday to dd2

I woke up at 4am and couldn't get back off to sleep. Was feeling sick and had aoddgy tummy. got dd to nursery v. early and straight down motorway for interview. Was a relatively easy drive. I spent from 8.30-12 in the school. Was in the year 1 class, I loved it! All the staff in the room were lovely reallly easy to get on with. I felt at home the whole time. I even led the class at one point. Strangest interview ever- in a good way . Had a chat with the teacher, general background chat, helped in the classroom for the morning and a tour of the school with the head whilst we chatted. That was it.

have been home and;
put last nights washing up away
sorted out new washing line properly
sorted dry washing
unload washer
remade ds's bed
stripped my bed
tidied living room

to do;
unload washer
hoover
tidy kitchen
s&s bathrooms
ironing
dinner

going to check my emails then get on

Hello all OFM Yuk, what a way to start a day!
Mickeylee keep posting those lists, you make us feel like doing it too
dyls interview sounds great, when do you hear?

Well, had a hair cut and visited DH's cousin who has a 4 weeks old - he was asleep unfortunately! Well, for me anyway as I didn't get a hold, he is now 6 lb 3 oz!
Ordered some maternity trousers online and they arrived, but they are a bit too big unfortunately, have ordered more. Sod the cost, am in a life's too short phase atm!

otherwise, better go and do something! it's our wedding anniversary today too but Mr Sainsbury has provided the food!

Oh, did you all see the photos on Facebook of Wolf's wedding in Italy? There is a link on her page if you're her friend on FB. Looks fab.

Afternoon just saying hello. Not flying this week really as I'm on a course. But I have to still 'do stuff' Off to empty the W/M into the dryer. I was about to type no socks for Ds but remembered I have an extra supply in the draw due to the tip top advice on this thread. I also need to make tea which will be pizza & 3 bean salad.
Enjoy the sun if you are lucky to have it visit you
