Fernie 3 things at a time is the way to go I think, whenever I do it I get loads more done than I usually would.

Alice am also having a meh day and you have done more than me so far. your dd is well trained did I say how one day last week I suddenly heard the washing machine going? DS had put a load in, put powder in the drawer and turned it on! (he'd completely filled the drawer with powder though)

Trinity the HV told ss your house was a mess??? At least you've managed to clear stuff with butterfly's help now.

Naked housework hey, hmm I could spend the next 6/7 weeks getting rid of my saggy/flabby bits and do a spot of that the next time the window cleaner is due he'd run screaming if he saw me in my current state though!

Plum - i can't i'm too much of a wimp!!
Plus, he did a wee sitting in his tv chair which dripped through onto the carpet with no comment from him and then sitting at the table at lunchtime and we didn't know, just when it was time to get down he was sitting in a big puddle. He seems not to care at all.
TBH if it was up to me i would abandon now, but nanny is keener than me so will carry on today, maybe try again tomorrow then i will say that's enough.

JKS honestly plum is right ds wees his pants every time without fail but leave them off and he uses the toilet (only one or 2 on the floor ever). Honest! Think it's something to do with pants encasing everything so he forgets it's not a nappy. Will stop hassling you now though sorry

Trying to decide what to do for dinner here too.

DH won't be home til gone 7 so will do Jacket potatoes for us, but need ideas for something for DD. If we leave it til when we eat she won't eat because she is too tired.

I have lots of veg, some creme fraiche and left over pancake batter think I am doing yorkies with veg in a cheesy sauce...not that excited about it though!

I am cooking DD fishfingers, beans and homemade oven chips. She has had pancake, banana and honey for breakfast, tomato and veg pasta with cheese on for lunch and some chocolate, now eating half and apple and some grapes while dinner cooks, so don't feel too bad as a mummy today
