N FLYing t report, except that I have a shiny sink

I would like to join the hypermobile club, though, please. It is, apparently the cause of my back pain and sciatica among other things. Alexander technique made a huge difference for me, and improved my posture/wonky spine as well, but to much £££.
DD2 is the same - she sits with her toes tucked into her armpit!
