I'm Ok (ish) Thanks EHM Since DH went back to work I've been chief cook and bottlewasher and general dogsbody and Ed's playmate and AF tolerator and I've been working too

Phew!

Boris has been grumbling and, well, I can't really blame him TBH. The FLYing has been, well, minimal but nothing that can't be caught up on quickly. I need some do nothing time and I will bow to the needs of my body sharer.

Great news TMH Things seem to be on the up.

gibbberish · 30/04/2009 14:12

TMH Glad it all seems to be healing well

Quick question if you don't mind... dd1s wound looks great - no redness or soreness. But she is having gungy discharge from nipple and has had a few sharp pains in breast.

She REALLY doesn't want to go back to doc but it sounds to me like it might be infected. What do you think? Or would a discharge be normal??

Right, will tell dh today that we SERIOUSLY need to find a warehouse or unit to store the stock. Been down to the tip to get rid of all the pallets and he is now reloading the stuff from the house back into the garage. But life would be SO much easier if this was all done away from the house! And is only going to get worse as we are getting through more and more stock now that the business is picking up.

dd1 and dd2 have passed their latest units on their college maths course yay!

TMH looking forward to seeing you & ds's on sunday.

BYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

TheMadHouse · 30/04/2009 17:18

Gib Get her checked out - it wont take long, but she should not have any discharge what so ever and also shooting pains doesnt sound right.

Take her temp, check the area - is it hot or red. Please just be sure, it is so easy to get an infection even if you have been ultra careful as I was.

gibbberish · 30/04/2009 17:59

grouchy hope you didn't slap yourself too hard!

Have a good w/e ehm and enjoy your meal out and your get together with tmh

tmh That's what I thought. It doesn't sound right. She says it is not hot but feels hard. Has asked me to wait until the morning and if it is no better she has promised will see doc tomorrow.

Just about to hoover and that is me for the night.

Have a good evening ladies

TheMadHouse · 30/04/2009 20:02

Wow galen That is some list. I am not suprised you are frazzled

The boys have tested mine and DH patients this afternoon and things were going so well. I did fabric paining on t-shirts with them both.

So I have baked 24 banana muffins and a 12 st stephens day ones to try and calm my soul back down. I was tempted to take a swig of the whiskey - purley medicinal

Wolf Baking makes me think of you in your kitchen and that wonderful peice you wrote. How you are OK

Groucy Take care please and Boris stay on the back burner

I think my plans for tomorrow are off -= as friend has other plans.

So I need to think of something to keep the mini's entertained.

Wood for our raised beds arrives on Sat - so guess what DH is doing over the weekend

I really need to catch up on the housework, but am too sore ATM

Tortoise · 30/04/2009 20:06

Has anyone else planted sunflowers?
Can we do a FLY tallest sunflower comp?
I will send the winning sunflowers owner a little something. Or give to one of my DC if ours win.
Anyone think it is a good idea?

livvyanddaisymummy · 30/04/2009 20:24

Washed my kitchen floor today, water was so dirty after, i was embarassed (Hasn't had a proper scrub like that for about a month)

Tortoise · 30/04/2009 20:39

livvyanddaisymummy Mine was like that yesterday too. I had to do it twice because the water was so bad the 1st time. But i do have a dog so some of it can be blamed on doggy feet coming in from the garden!

livvyanddaisymummy · 30/04/2009 21:13

Glad mine isn't the only one. We have two cats and i like to blame lots of the messy floors on them!! (If i could go back in time i wouldn't might not have had the cats but DH is a cat lover (not that he does anything to care for them!)
