Morning all

Hope that this morning isnt too bad for everyone being the first back at preschool and school.

Right I am babystepping again, but going to do two a day, feel free to stop me or join in if you like (I will just tyoe to myself)

shine your sink The great foundation for fly - if we have shiny sinks then anything and everything is possible.

get dressed and be off with you lace up shoes. I and many others dont get the shoe habbit, at least not until we leave the house. But by getting dressed Fly means doing amy make-up you wear and also your hair.

I am going to try and follow this principal during school weeks and not come down unless I am dressed and sone.

Evening all

I'm back from holidays and there is no chance at all of me reading everything I've missed. Is there anything I need to know?

Minimal FLYing has kept things ticking over, but I need to start doing it properly again. DS starts nursery tomorrow so I'll try and report in once I've dropped him off

We had a lovely cosy afternoon opening a few presents and playing a new toptrump game, everyone on good form, now completely ruined by dd who is shouting and screaming abuse at everyone. I'm sure it is overtiredness, but it is difficult not to feel overwhelmed by the extreme violence of her emotions. Does anyone else with 6-7 year old daughters have this? THE I HATE YOU MUMMY TIRADE? Hoping that neutrality will calm her down. Triggered off by my nitcombing her hair. I think I'm just going to have to give her a shorter cut as it causes such tension.
But now she has reappeared in excellent spirits and is chatting to Dad and brother
And ds2 has been screaming that his party wasn't any fun compared to ds1's (??!!!! what party there wasn't one, just us)
BUT DS1 is very happy with his day at least

Tortoise · 20/04/2009 20:52

swan My DD1 is like that. Getting to the point where she never seems happy and is always cross/upset over something! She has always had a bad temper though!

DD2 didn't get up again. Thank goodness!
DS2 finally got home just before 8. His friends Dad is a bit dippy! He went to tell me a time then didn't say one lol! Used to it now though!
