Ds' boots got left outside a friend's house while he was having a playdate. Got them home to find them absolutely humming - smells like a fox has sprayed them... they definitely didn't smell like that when they left the house that morning, so not ds' feet that are to blame. Have tried washing them and just resorted to rinsing with a large bottle of Dettol. Any other suggestions? Don't want to have to shell out on new pair - season's nearly over and they won't fit him by the time it starts again.
