set a time for the weekly pamper mission We are all busy and should have me time, so this is a great way of incorporating it in your week
Check nect months calender and incorparate anything in your weekly plan
Morning Routine
- Get up and get dressed doing your hair and face
- Make your bed
- drink some water
- Looking at your posted reminders in the kitchen and bathroom
- Reading 2 minutes of reminders
- Recognizing the negative voices and changing them
- Put out your Hot Spots for 2 minutes
- 5 Minute Room Rescue (pick any room in the house) set your timer and go!
- Laundry
- Mission
- Whats for dinner
Before Bed Routine
- Keep your sink shining
- Lay out your clothes for tomorrow
- Put out your Hot Spot
- Laundry
- Do something for yourself - ie read a book
- set a regular bedtime and stick to it
