Morning all. Back with links in a mo.

OP posts:
Jas · 10/11/2008 13:15

Weeeel, the airing cupboard is tidy, but......Jas treid to find a positive spin to spending an hour arguing with dp, and fails

Umm, well we have filled the car with stuff to go to the tip, which is where he is now, but the dc room looks worse than ever.

Dress is very nice, would flatter most figures I think

I dried three loads of washing on the line yesterday[smug] which is just as well as we no longer have a t/d and it is peeing down today.

TheMadHouse · 10/11/2008 13:38

Ruby Dress is fab. I think it would be very flattering over my spare tyres , but I dont have an event this year and I not buying full price untill Boobs done

Jas Sometimes you need to clear the air.

Mum is here - I had to go and collect her , I am skating at 3pm. DS1 watched peppa pig skate and has told me "it is easy mummy, you just push, push, glide". For me it will be push, push, fall on fat arse . It will be lovley to do something just me and DS1

Home beuring done

So I am going to start on the zone clean

intravenouscoffee · 10/11/2008 13:41

Have done some home blessing and just having lunch while DD sleeps. Could do with sorting out some of the kitchen but DD is sleeping in there (she's in her buggy) so not sure if it'll disturb her.

1st load of laundry done, second lot in... Am getting there slowly but surely.

Lovely dress Ruby Jas Hope you have a better afternoon.

Luda Hope you're feeling better. Our electricity is a ridiculous price too. I'm sitting here in a really gloomy room 'cos I refuse to pay them any more by having lights on all day!

Hello to everyone else, hope you're all having a good day.

Ruby - do you fancy finding me a dress for our xmas party? Size 14 but short at 5'2. as I know you love shopping.

ludaloo · 10/11/2008 14:10

Ruby The dress is lovely.

IV I'm feeling fine today thanks
I have found the clothes horse and hung another load on that. My trouble is, I always have more clothes that space.
I may have to start sorting through and making sure more clothes get worn more than once!

jas hope things are ok now.

Am panicking

Have agreed to host pta meeting tonight on the proviso the headmaster is'nt coming.. and then .. ta da... get a phonecall .. er yes he is

Arghhhh

Hes very nice but I haven't got a babysitter (dh is away again) and I just KNOW ds will be showing off and not in bed at 8pm....

Actually .. thinking about it if i tell him the headmaster is here to talk about him he might well be cowed enough to go to bed early... or is that too evil???

AnneOfAvonlea · 10/11/2008 14:39

Hi ruby, going to look through links now.

Yes I am booby. Brown hair, rosy colouring, blue eyes. Mainly wear browns, reds, blue, green, black.

grouchyoscar · 10/11/2008 14:40

just walked 3/4 miles home

Got to collect DS in 10

why didn't I grab a cab, why do I do these things

AnneOfAvonlea · 10/11/2008 14:44

I dont always need a petite fitting but would have to for long dress.

M&S dress is a bit basic for me.

Love the pink top from wallis but colour would look awful on me.

Love the green dress but not for me iykwim. Not a great fan of satin if I'm honest.

Petite Effie dress is really nice. £85 is a bit more than I was hoping to spend though. I was thinking max £60.

The Wallis Petit Black dress is nice but not amazing iykwim.

Some fab ideas though. Hope I'm not sounding ungrateful. I think I'dd like to stay away from black.

TheMadHouse · 10/11/2008 14:48

I love the phaze 8 dress - that would look stunning with some nice jewels

sagacious · 10/11/2008 14:53

i've just bought this monsoon dress

And yes I know its over budget

Am 12-14 and 5'3 and (if I say so myself its very flattering ..ok ok it makes your boobs look so fab you don't notice anything else )

LavenderTea · 10/11/2008 15:06

Hello everyone .....I Haven't been visiting here in a while.
Been too busy to fly let alone come on and say hello. My mum has broken her arm trying to climb a ladder to clean leaves off her garage roof and fell off...so was around at hers a lot last week flying at her house and doing shopping etc..
I'm here now though to catch up and do some flying at mine. So glad it's the kitchen this week. Mine needs completely replacing, but for now flying might help....

scattyspice · 10/11/2008 15:58
