Never really went to sleep last nightr. Toothache drove me to dispair, I kind of just dozed in a drugged up haze

I AM going to ring the dentists and ask for an emergency appointment

10 minute break half way through posting this to take the car to the local garage. Unbelievably our car has broken down a week before we need it to drive to Cornwall - this happens every year no matter which car we own!! Hope they can sort it...

I'm off for coffee at a friends this morning then I need to tackle the stuff which is mounting up everywhere.
I'm determined to sort the hallway too as I've been slack with the missions this week.

We have a couple of dds friends coming to play this afternoon which will be good for her, not sure what ds will make of a housefull of girls though

tort i always start in the kitchen when i dont know where to start- its easiest usually to order so quick results which gives me more incentive to keep going

Morning all. DD didn't wake till 7:30 Apologies EV for even mentioning this. In fairness she woke at 4.30 every morning last week so I'm not doing this well on a regular basis!

Well kids are all at school, I have been for a walk with another mum and had a good old natter
I'm on Tamogotchi watch for DS and DD1 (they have new ones and I have to keep them happy while the kids are at school )
I'm forever fiddling about trying not to let them die!
It crazy, you have to tidy up poos, read stories, give them food....ice cream makes them very happy...give medicine if they are poorly!

Anyway....

TMH I hope your toothache doesn't last long, and you get some sleep at some point

Bianca OOOOhhhhhh nooooooo! I remember you had the same problem last year!!!!! Hope everything goes ok and it is fixed soon (and there isn't too much to repair!)

Luda yep, same thing with the car last year and the year before - sold that car and now the new one is behaving in the same way [dispair] All adds to my journey worries. I've been seriously considering taking the trian to Cornwall - £37 and I'd be there in just over 4 hours, dh could meet me at the staion....tempting....but dh isn't keen on us splitting up for the journey and I can see his point
IC yep, Cornwall will be lovely once we get there, the coast is so beautiful down there

Have managed to clear a hotspot on the stairs, do 30 mins in front garden and watch about 2 mins of one of my programmes before DD woke up. We've been tootling around with baby dols for 1/2 hour...

Well done on phoning the dentist TMH I hope it can be sorted out quickly for you.

I'm here to get myself going. s no reading threads/long posts allowed.

DD1 is 9today and has 6 or 7 friends coming home from school with her,so I need o get things sorted.

So far tday I have been to toddler roup to do hand paintin to be printed on bas for Christmas presents, bouhtmilk, and been to dd2s last class award assumbley.

Dp has been home and pulled loads of tools out of the cupboard under the stairs,so I have to sortthem outfirst.

I'mnot doing a to do list....back in 45 mins for lunch break and progress report.

Yawn for all those who had a bad night (both mine were up last night so I'm with you).

Had a lovely night out last night with friends from work. Only spent £1.50 as only had 2 drinks and only paid for 1 of them . I was yawning embarrassingly by 10pm though .

DH seems a bit better, has ABs so he's stopped moping.

Plan to have a big toy cull this W/E to complete mission (DR is where most of toys live). Wish me luck!

i got to the library to discover half hour early so wandered round a couple of charity shops. then when i got there found one of my uni friends there with her little girl. so we did our singing thing (wasnt as we had been told, but dd enjoyed anyway) then went to a little tearoom where the children could run on grass playing and us adults got to chat so a lovely morning
dd is now sitting on floor eating lunch watching the bee movie while i attempt to finish this mornings jobs [bad mummy emoticon]
