I have done all of my list apart from clean out car. I will do that this evening.

We are off to Preschool to pick up DS1 and then off to a friends for coffee and dinner.

I am all prepared for the weekend.

The final part of the playhouse has arrived, so we will be building that this weekend and staining it green. I will upload pictures once it is all done.

I have sweat dripping off my face, as I have power mopped the downstairs. I hit it hard and fast, loads of scrubbing.

hello ladies!!! wasn't around yesterday as was being horribly spoilt by my oh at borough market, so no complaints by me today!!
ive hoovered, done a load of washing, swept garden and tended tomato plants and cleared the hotspot in the kitchen (took aggges) and er crawled around the house neighing a being a horsey, would be slightly kinky if i wasnt actually entertaining my 3yr old cowgirl! and boiled the big live crab for dinner tonight (gross and yummy all in one sentence)

EustaciaVye · 06/06/2008 17:14

Hey Bunting. Glad you came

Start with the babysteps and in a month you will have perfected your daily routines like some people here have. I frequently fall off the fly wagon so like it when people start babystepping again.

Tonight make sure you shine your sink and then do babystep 2 tomorrow.

OP posts:
Ilovebunting · 06/06/2008 17:16

He he he, love the fact they are called babysteps, can envisage myself walking some crazy cleaning tightrope armed with a feather duster as a balancing pole! While you lot do backflips on yours!!!

EustaciaVye · 06/06/2008 17:20

My house is still a tip. Hope to catch up if I can get DH to bath the DDs tonight...

Evening all

My lack of sleep last night is catching up with me.

DS2 has a temp of 40 degrees and ios not very happy at all. I have dosed him up with calpol and he is tucked up in bed, fingures crossed he stays that way.

We are all set for the weekend, so no more work tonight.

Catch you all later.

Welcome Iliovebunting

Where is EHM anyone know?

tortoise · 06/06/2008 20:01

Well i haven't achieved much today! What a surprise!
I did start in the kitchen then DD2 ran into the house screaming and tearful because Mickey was chasing something fluffy!
Turned out to be a very cute, young looking squirrel! Think it escaped injury as it dashed up the fence although DD2 did think Mickey had had it in his mouth!

I got a load of washing dry too but not much else!

dd1 had a party to go to tomorrow, need to get something in the morning for her to give the birthday girl!

Bianca What a pain. Hope it can be fixed easily. Train sounds good if it will be less stressful for you. Would you have to change at any stations? That is always my worry!

Happy Birthday to Jas's DD.

Hi Ilovebunting.

Jas · 06/06/2008 20:01

EHM hasn't posted for a week

Welcome Ilovebunting

I only got lots done today as I was trying to get ready for dd1s birthday party

All done now, but I need to hoover before I rest.
Girls can be very bitchy I have discovered today, and dd1 invited mixed groups so it was very hard wok trying to stop the cliques, whispering and not letting others join in.
It was really hard work, with all the neighbours children joining us for the first hour, and one parent an hour late collecting her dc (not even an apology, just complaints about the lack of parking)

dylsmum1998 · 06/06/2008 20:05

girls are a nightmare for cattyness aent they! did dd enjoy herself though?
@ the late parent take the p* just a bit

BiancaCastafiore · 06/06/2008 20:27

I sent EHM a text earlier and had a message back Ellie has a bad chest but otherwise all is OK, just RL getting in her way of coming on here

Welcome Ilove

Had a fun afternoon with dd and her friends in the garden
Both kids in bed now, dh and I about to have supper then bath and bed
Work tomorrow.

tortoise · 06/06/2008 20:28

Glad EHM is ok.
