Morning all DS up nice and early again today so have been up a while !!

got to go to toddler group this morning and then visit family this afternoon so not sure I will get much more than the basics done today.

haven't caught up on yesterday's thread yet but hope everyone is well.

It is my weekly shop day today which I am having to do with both boys - joy

but the weather is nice, so at least that it a blessing

I am just off to toddler group this morning, my dodgy bum seems to have cleared up thankfully!
I have a handful of Avon brochures to retrieve before my first order goes in tomorrow. (have done quite well...nearly £500 worth of orders!)

Then home to crack on with the house! Still a tip and SIL is arriving tomorrow afternoon. Have to get it sorted by then!

Morning all.
Much admiration for those who find time to Mumsnet before the school run .
I do everything the night before and we have about 45 mins between girls getting up and leaving house.The cat was sat in the middle of busy rd this morning holding up all the traffic so i had to let it in the car just to stop the dumb thing getting killled.
This wasn't too bad though as on my return the Diet coke man started chattting by asking if i always take my cat out with me.
D.C.M is very gorgeous and does something on a digger at building site our road currently has become.
Anyway i digress must go and do something have until 1pm when dd2(birthday girl) returns from pre school,sorry to hear about your morning sickness gem when are you due ?I'm still being sick at 5 1/2 months .It's the lack of energy though that's driving me mad.BBL

Doing well today as DD2 decided to have a morning nap which is very unusual. My bedroom all done except for hoovering. Our ensuite S&S'ed and spare room has been given a onceover too.

Cat very cross with me for not letting him out.
EHM - Dd2 did have CP but is now on the mend thankfully. I'm looking forward to some normality in the house.

Had a much better night last night but not awake properly yet! Here in body but mind is on holiday on Jupiter! Did school/pre-school run on auto-pilot.

Tooth isn't so painful today so far. just a bit achey from all the poking etc yesteday. Sticking to softer foods today. Making soup in a minute.

Hope everyone has a good day. Dry here so far but rain due later.

Getting nothing done so far! I have filled the sink ready to wash up though and ate an ice cream!

This morning I woke up thinking it was Friday and rushed downstairs to get Ed's P.E.kit and book bag ready...then I realised it was actually Thursday DOH!

BF came round with her wedding album which was wonderful. So I've been sat down chatting all morning. However I had done the morning routines and got Ed to school so most stuff was already done I've emptied DW and put away tidied the front room and vacced downstairs too. But I am taking it e a s y

gem morning sickness bleugh!! The curse of pregnancy.

Hi to everyone else.

Managed to wash up before school/work. Lidl after school (Dyl they're doing camping stuff at the mo, I'm after a couple of mats for the kids). Then DS wants to go to the park again if time (he is trying to learn how to do the monkey bars and wants to get more prctise in!).
After that Laundry, laundry, laundry!

We are off to a friends for a coffee and a play after school.

Soup is cooking. Butternut squash and peppers. Recipe thanks to MNers! Hope iot is nice.

WOW! Soup was really yummy! I will be making it again. Have lots left over for tomorrow. Yay! Think i will try and get DC to taste it too. DD's won't eat soup at all.

(just remembered that I think you can do it even more simply by steaming the peppers with the squash - not so subtle but still v delicious. And a lot quicker.)

yes it was onebat. Left out the creme fraise/cream cheese though and added garlic puree. Had a powdery texture though but that didn't make it bad at all. Is that the BNS or the pepper doing that maybe? Thanks for the recipe.
