I've skimmed the thread but can't remember anything So I hope you're all healthy and hearty. ( for the DCs with gastro, it's awful and the fasting is a pain)

Had a busy day. Morning routines, Ed to school, meeting with vicar re the toddler group, Dusting and sorting and the afternoon at school. Just done some gardening and I must crack on with Ed

Can I do a proud me bit please I've just finished my reading friends stint from January. one reader has improved their reading age by 9 mths, another by 6 months and one by a whole year. I'm so chuffed with them all and it was a joy to do.

Right, stop yabberring an d get working...TFN

If felt very happy that a lot of the books they use for the kids we have already. Hairy maClary, Usborne phonics, Apple Tree Farm etc etc.

Hello to all. Sorry, I can't keep up these days. I skip through the thread once a week or so and that's it. The house is getting de-cluttered gradually. Dh, kids and I are fine. Our au pair is going home in 2 months and we may have found ourselves another who'll start in Sept! So...I do think of you all even though I'm rarely on the thread and post even less often. Keep up all the good work! Until next time.......

Evening all.
No flying done today. Been shopping! Got DD1 a scooter for her birthday plus wrapping paper and cards. Bought too much stuff as usual! lol! Even the dog got treats and a new brush!

Have made a start on her cake. Hopefully can get it all iced and decorated tomorrow them it will be ready for saturday. She is very excited about her birthday! Need to think up some party ideas for the 29th!

Hi FGS. I just clicked "threads I'm on" and this one came up, which was nice. It's often none (I'm an irregular these days rather than a regular) or just the au pair threads where we share our worries, mis-matches and (occasionally) successes. Right. Time for bed! Nos da!
