Washing Machine dilemas

Hi can anyone please help!!! I’m exhausted looking for a washing machine with a reasonable cycle for a 60 c wash around an hr or less would be ideal, most are well over two hrs long. Most cycles are far to long I’m aware why but would prefer a washer with shorter cycles for 30/40 & 60 which is what I always wash on.

@ThatBrightBlueDreamer I know you don't want to wait 2 hours for a cycle to complete, but with Bosch machines (and I expect many others) you can set it on a wash delay. Eg set it 60 degree wash at 11pm, set it to complete in 9 hours and the machine will come on at 6am and be ready for you to hang out the washing at 8am so you aren't hanging about. I love this function.

I was going to ask the same question. Do you need to wash continually all day? If not why isn't the timer option workable ?

I used mine all the time either to have a load ready when I get up in the summer so I can hang it before work or to be ready when I get back from work in the winter so it isn't aitting wet all day.

What is the limiting factor for not being able to wait?

60 degree cottons quicker wash on my Miele says that it is 1hour 40mins. But it only takes that long if it is a full 7kg load. If it is lighter, it recalculates and is about 1hour 10minutes.
