I'm failing babysteps big time I went to the corner shop in my pjs to buy milk this mornig
The sink was full of washing up when I went to bed, too.

I wil try harder today.

I'm going to shower and get dressed now. We have an activity booked for the dds at the local sports centre this morning, so we need to be ready to go at 9.30.

HNut I hope you wake up feeling good again today. It was great to read your happy post last night.

EHM Thanks for the thread and I hope the preschool visit goes OK. DS1 has been asking why we are going on holiday since the teachers are off on holidays

Well I have been up all night with both the boys - grrrrrrrrr

The GP confirmed that DS2 has really swollen toncils and that they will be really painful and make it hard to eat and swallow, he also said he things that his tummy is off too, but that it is all viral, so nothing but calpol.

DS1 is coughing again, so finding it hard to beath and sleep.

We are off shopping this morning and then we will see what the day brings. I am taking mum too - I must be a glutton for punnishment.

hopefully- pay very small price for garage work on car

Thanks ot silly yesterday as I made tea, took Ed to the park, touched the paint up on the door (thanks DH and Ed) make lunches for morning, Did a day reading with Ed and collapsed exhausted in a heap.

I feel I need a quiet day, we need nothing from the market so I'm staying put. I can't paint the windowsill etc as I need the curtains taking down.

Hi All

Your lists are brilliant! I have only just got in from toddler group and the post office and the paper shop. I'm absolutely starving, so I'm eating potato salad and trying to type at the same time!!!

I have LOOOAAAADDDDSSSS to do before I pick the kids up this afternoon. The bathroom is disgraceful...as is the kitchen.
The whole house needs some TLC.

DH and I have finally made up, which has put me in a better mood, so with a bit of luck I can get all the chores done!

I'm back

I have DONE
~Cleaned upstairs loo
~Cleaned sink
~Cleaned bath
~Wiped bathroom walls/shelves/cabinets/lightshade and radiator
~Hoovered throughout entire upstairs and on the stairs
~Cleared airing cupboard out completely
~Tidied our bedroom
~Put 2 piles of clothes away
~Tidied kids room
~Washed the toothbrush holders

That has taken me best part of 2 hours

Upstairs is done now though. Just as well as the emersian heater has packed up yet again...so I have had to phone my landlord to come and get it fixed again, which is why I have cleared the airing cupboard out in preparation for his arrival.

I didn't tell you all about that did I...it went on Saturday, and I had to take all the kids next door for a bath on Sunday...ready for school, and no one has had a bath since!

I have had a mare this week actually with things breaking! Didn't manage to get to welsh on Monday, because I hit a rock on the side of the road (narrow road and I pulled over to let a wagon pass)and my tyre popped! Tried to change the tyre only to find I couldn't get the alloys off....phoned my friend (who I had just left my DD2 with) and she sent her husband to rescue me (luckily he is a mechanic!)
He couldn't do it either as they had been put on too tight so after going to get his power tools, we got it off only to find the spare wheel was the wrong size!
Anyway...after much curfufful and getting a local garage to change the wheel trims....my tyre was fixed, but I missed my welsh lesson completely!
Never Mind!

They do say though that things like that come in 3's so I'm now waiting for something else to very inconveniently break!

I'm FLYing, but can't stay lon enought o do a lis. DD1 wants the computer

Just to say I am here, just not checking in as much as been really busy.

Have painted 2 bedrooms so today has mostly been putting everything back in its place.

I left for Tesco at 8.10am and then rang a friend for 1hour plus as she has just had an op.

Done all the washing.

Sure more I have done and should be doing but that's all for now.

Have to feed DS2 shortly as have to go to the post office and then to get the other kids from my inlaws.

Luda glad you and dh have made up. sorry things are breaking for you tho.

I'm having a busy afternoon of FLYing.....my done list would be huge if I could be bothered to type it all out. It icludes all the hotspotin the kitchen, and puting all dps tools which are spread over the entire house back in th cupboard under the stairs

There is still loads to do though. I have dried weetabix on the table to try and scrub off next

We have had a lovely day
Dd and I left ds with some friends so we could meet some other friends at the swimming pool I really enjoy dd when I have her to myself, we had a great time and she managed to swim a few strokes for the first time too
Then the swimming friends came back for lunch and an afetrnoon of play They've just left after much fun Both kids are tired but not yet hungry so we're having some lazy computer/telly time before supper.

No FLYing really but I did manage to produce a chocolate cake in record time for lunch pudding ....might have a cuppa and a slice now actually....

oh, hello Ruby. I need school dresses but asda is 40mins away
