Have a great Easter, sorry not been around. AF arrived wednesday afternoon..very painful & heavy.sorry TMI
A lady i know came around yesterday to do a spot of energy healing she is japanese. feel much better today

Anyway wont get much MN time as dh home now until Tuesday. If I don't get back oon have a great Easter Weekend & hope you & your lo's are all well.
Big Thank you to bianca for the text yesterday, you a great friend. Ps good luck for the journey & wedding.

Kids are up early (as always on a non-school morning!)
Dd and I are going to help deliver 280 Easter plants to the older residents of the village with the Brownies and Rainbows this morning
Then dd wants to watch Freaky Friday and HSM2 this afternoon - may be too much telly so we'll see how we get on!
I'd like to make some Easter nests at some point too and there's a Good Friday childrens church service I wouldn't mind taking the children to later in the morning.

No FLYing intended (except the basics) till after the weekend but I'm bound to be here for chats anyway

Well my first thing to do is apologise to Bianca....I was just going to bath DD2 and then say hello on MSN, but just as we got out of the bath, the power went. It came back on after about 10 mins....but then all evening it kept going off, then moments later comming back on....VERY ANNOYING!
I had to turn the computer off, and the tv off...the fax machine off...as they were going baserk!!
So my apologies!

It is blowing a gale outside...and was last night, so I am guessing the wind was to blame...it is very common here to have power cuts in bad weather.

Anyway...seems ok this morning...touch wood!

No sick since yesterday morning...but she does have a bit of diorreah instead But she seems well enough.

dd is much better now, herself in fact been running about giggling with ds already

bianca your dc do it to then- i have to virtually tip them out of bed on school days- they do it to me on days off

I'm not doing much fly today either, gonna do basics then off to nanny and grandads for easter lunch with the family, only day we could all make together as nephews birthday party is on easter sunday. must admit i'm not to impressed with that. although we dont go to church i do like to stay home and have a nice roast dinner together. thats not gonna happen this year now as party is 1.30-3.30 so they not gonna wanna eat a proper meal when we get back.
i do miss the nice things like what your doing with the brownies bianca. i grew up in a village where we did things like that, summer float parade etc etc it was lovely. they dont do things like that in the towns

Aww, hope she gets over it soon, it's been nasty for her When are the others back? Today?

Dyls it is a very idillic Cotwold village here really (offically a town actually, but feels village-y) We are very luck, there's a great community.

Well, ds and dd1 are up early, as is fil. I'm sorry but here comes my non-FLYrelated rant (expect more over the next few days)....so far we have had dd1 told repeatedly that if she stoped wearing her glasses,her eyes would get better, and a full lecture in response to "you shouldn't smoke" from dd1 when he said he'd given up and the bronchitis is better. The gist of the lecture involved 100 yr olds who had smoked all their lives and eve had a days illness, the state interfering and conning everyone into believing it is bad for you, and if you want to smoke you should.
Fine if he believes that, but not exactly what I want my 7 and 8 yr olds heaing from their much loved grandfather
Thankfully he saved h whole acid trip stories until after they were n bed this time.
Sorry.

Just me and DS1 up, both still in our PJ's. I am intending to get DS2 up next and do breakfast and dress them, before I go and wake up DH.

It is very windy today, but he WILL be in the garden (need to take advanthe of the good days, as he is back at work on Wednesday.

I am going to go get some more paint with the boys this morning and take a look at an outdoor table too in Focus.

I spoke to them all last night (sitting in the dark )
Dh is thinking about staying all day and comming back this evening, that way he can go and see his mum, and his gran and then the kids will sleep on the way home and the roads will be clearer.

DD1's 3rd tooth came out yesterday!! Her top front tooth, so she is going to look quite funny, as she has lost her bottom two as well. She was very excited about the tooth fairy comming to Aunties house! (I just hope they remembered to do it all!)

Thanks TMH Am nervous about wedding tomorrow but trying to think positivly. Dh has planned a country route with lots of stopping off opportunities and we're allowing an extra hour for the journey so I don't feel bad if we do have to stop frequently...fingers crossed. Have a good day today

Luda my dd lost her 6th tooth the night before last! She's still just as excited about it as she was when she lost her first - bless! Your dhs travel plans sound sensible - the roads are supposed to be dreadful during the day today anyway.
