The tooth fairy had to raid the school trip money for a pound coin!

Dd is dressed - in the rainbow stripy jumper you sent us Jas, which has made me very that I never did send a replacement cheque - I promise I'll do it after the bank holiday weekend - soooo sorry

I weighed myself this morning - now at 11st 9 Was 14st 5 last summer Have struggled to eat this week though with nerves and sore teeth so will prob re-gain some next week

Must go!

BBFN x

BiancaCastafiore · 21/03/2008 08:46

Well done your dd Dyls what a clever girl!

Ludaloo · 21/03/2008 08:52

Right I am up and dressed, DD2 is dressed and watching Tigger and Pooh (She loves the fact she can watch what she likes without the others here!)

I have put a load of washing in (not much washing either with the others gone!)

Must give the place a good vac, and do upstairs too.

Have to re-light the fire, we have hail here and it isn't very pleasent at all really!

Can't go anywhere as I don't have the car, and it is so miserable outside, I'll just tidy instead.

I think I'll set the timer for 15 mins in each room and see how I get on!

DontDreamItBeIt · 21/03/2008 09:01

Well done on the weight loss Bianca

Don't worry about the cheque...it hasn't been keeping me awake at nights
I loved that jumper, and neither of the dds ever wore it

Well done your dd dylsmum

I need to get the dds out for a bit, so fil can go back to bed....looks like a trip round Tescos is in order.

TheMadHouse · 21/03/2008 09:15

Oo loads of messages.

Jas DH is great, although I am a bit of a slave driver. He knows that I will keep on moaning until it is finnished. He has a real work ethic - I am sure it is due to coming from farming stock. We told his dad last night that we definatly did not want to take on the farm now or in the future, although the boys may want to when they are bigger.

We are all up and dressed. I am going to take the boys out to give DH a start - Patio it is and then when DS2 is napping I will try and paint a wall in the dinning room.

Ludaloo · 21/03/2008 09:15

There we go...15mins in the kitchen and I managed to:
Clean the grill pan and oven trays
Wipe all surfaces down
Load D/W
Put out the hotspot on the corner shelf

DontDreamItBeIt · 21/03/2008 09:38

The dds are paying really icely and I don't want to sop them just to go shopping, so I'm going to join you Luda in a bit of a 15 min bursting

DP has the work ethic at work, but ca't get motivated to do more of the same when he is at home I'm going to help him this w/e and try and get some stuff done together. It aways helps him to know he's not left on his own to do stuff.

DontDreamItBeIt · 21/03/2008 11:05

Just as I posted, the arguing stated. We've shopped, and they are playing in the garden now. he sun is out and it is a lovely day

Grouchyoscar · 21/03/2008 11:52

Hello jas luda tmh bianca dylsmum EHM and everybody to come

Ed didn't get up til after 8 so I got a lie in and my paltry done list is

Make the beds
Draw upstairs curtains and blinds
Find missing Duplo items for Ed
Vac front room
empty WM
Peg washing out
Tidy Duplo away

It's gorgeously sunny here but blowing a force 6 gale. Pegging out was hmmm entertaining!

The steroids have stopped the leg pains but are wiping me out. I think I need a long lie down (on a short pier)

See you later

TheTortoiseandtheEasterbunny · 21/03/2008 12:55

Hello.
Lots of messages already!
EHM Have a good easter.
Luda Glad DD seems better today.
Bianca Sounds like a good day planned. DS's want to watch HSM2 too but they will miss a bit when their Dad picks up at 5pm.

Not got much done so far.

Am worrying about Mickey though. He has eaten grapes and half a hot cross bun. Dogs aren't allowed raisins. My fault he had grapes. Stupidly didn't link them to raisins. . Grapes were yesterday so think he would have been sick by now if they were effecting him but can cause kidney failure. Will tell the vet tuesday when he goes back about his foot.

TheTortoiseandtheEasterbunny · 21/03/2008 12:56

GO Am of your lie in! DD1 was awake and dressed at 6.30! Typical!

TheMadHouse · 21/03/2008 13:27

We are back from shopping and visiting my mum. I am going to help DH cut in a wall in the dinning room, as the weather is not good all all. Hail, sleep and rain and a gale all at one. He did manage to lay another 4 slabs though this am before being rained off.

I have bought the pain to finnish the dinning room and kitchen (same colour) and some for the hall and landing (I am hoping there is enough left for the bathroom and downstairs wc.

Just having a cuppa and then going to get started

Grouchyoscar · 21/03/2008 13:55

Rest disturbed The wind that was drying the washing has blown in flurries of rain. Had to get out of my bedroom, bring all the washing in then up 2 flights of stairs to hang it on the clothes horse and put some in the TD

Got a gooey chocolate cookie and a cup of tea out of it tho so mustn't grumble

Also found out I'm unable to go see the band I was desperate to see in Manchester next month as there are no trains home (very ) but I did find out that our mate from Chicago/Brooklyn is playing ON My Birthday so take the rough with the smooth I suppose.

Right, being a lazy moo continues

Ludaloo · 21/03/2008 14:43

I got majorly bored, and decided to tidy the upstairs landing cupboard its only slightly easier than the downstairs cupboard, but all looks much tidier now. I got sidetracked by the photo albums though.

I found a disposable camera which I think has pictures of DD2 when she was born....I really want to get it developed...but it says on there, develop by April 2007 Do you think it might still be worth a go?

Upstairs needs a good vac now.

DH isn't gonna know what has happened when he comes home!
Everywhere is spotless, tidied, sorted, cleaned and filed, plus all the washing is done not often I can say that!
I've even sorted the banking, my college application, his big paperwork pile and all the hot spots I can find!

I'm still bored now though....what else can I do I wonder?
I suppose I could tidy our wardrobe...i've been putting that off really....

Off to go and see...

TheTortoiseandtheEasterbunny · 21/03/2008 14:52

WOW Luda you are doing well. If you are bored you can come do mine!

I am playing with DS2 on the PS2. Other 3 are outside getting cold!

Ludaloo · 21/03/2008 15:08

Do you know, If I lived nearby, I probably would!

Have vacced all upstairs, and the wardrobe only really needed clothes to be hung back up or put in drawers, so I have done that now too.

I might actually put my feet up
(although I don't think I'm capable...I always seem to have to find something to do.
I could always start supper I suppose. Having "Beef Tonight" with rice.

Hows Mickey tort? Hasn't had a reaction to the grapes at all? I am sure he will be ok.

TheMadHouse · 21/03/2008 15:15

Wow Luda We have painted one wall in the dinning room 3 more to go - it is awful painting in a new house - it just soaks in . Also the boys want to help and with the weather like it is we can not go out really.

Ludaloo · 21/03/2008 15:25

Oh Mad I hate painting...I usually start of with all good intentions and then slope off leaving DH to do it all

Supper is started, DD2 has now got all DD1's barbie dolls down...and DS's space rocket.
I smiled at her and said, "oooh we'll have to tidy them away before the others get back" to which she replied "they will be angry mad!" and puffed out her belly! She is funny!

Grouchyoscar · 21/03/2008 15:26

TMH are you painting onto bare plaster? If so you would save paint by sealing the walls with a mix of 1 part PVA to 10 parts water. Panit it on, leave overnight then do your painting. It won't soak in. And you'll have PVA for the DS's crapt projects

Luda I'm bored too but I ill not FLY or play mousetrap with Ed

TheTortoiseandtheEasterbunny · 21/03/2008 15:26

Outside play rained off!
Mickey seems ok.
My house is a tip but i am beating ds2 on the ps2

Ludaloo · 21/03/2008 15:33

I have contemplated the Wii...but DD2 is too little to play properly, and she'll get upset if I don't let her do it..and I can't be bothered to go through all that! She won't let you hold the romote to help her, but hasn't got a clue where to point it, or what buttons to press!

Dh bought me Zelda, and I love it, apart from now I am stuck, and can't play it until kids are all in bed, as they want to play it (its a bit advanced for them really) so I can't think properly, or play long enough to get myself to the next level.

TheTortoiseandtheEasterbunny · 21/03/2008 15:43

We still need a 2nd remote for the wii.

Going to tke Mickey for a walk in the rain in a min.

Ludaloo · 21/03/2008 15:48

Brrr rather you than me!
