How/where do you store hats and gloves?

I seem to have many scarves and hats and they just kind of live wherever. They don’t hang up on the coat hooks where I keep all other outdoor stuff and need to be on hand by the door so I don’t forget them…

just wondered what other people use/do?

I have a hat box 😂 sits on top of a tall unit. Gloves and scarves are in a side board in kallax style fabric storage boxes.

I have a washing up bowl full of them sat under the stairs, plus the odd pair here and there in coat pockets

I don't know, that's the problem, I can't find any hats or gloves! I've obviously tidied them in the summer but cannot locate them now. No suggestion too crazy

We have a 4 drawer kallax in the back hall that we keep hats, gloves, scarves and small backpacks/bags etc in, they used to end up all over the place, and it's so much easier now they have a home!

I have a wicker box in the porch (we built shelf's on one side)

4 drawer kallax in the conservatory. One for hats/scarves/groves, umbrellas and randomly, hot water bottles.

We have four - FOUR - tote bags of them in the cupboard under the stairs. I really need to do a clear out!

We have two shelves in the hallway by the front door with 2 baskets on, one for me and one for DH, mine is very tidy with my gloves in pairs held together by large paperclips. Scarves are on the coat pegs and removed to a box in the wardrobe in the summer. Hats are in the gloves box

I've got a gorgeous cream coat rack with built in shelves in my hallway.
The hats and gloves and coats and shoes live on the floor right in front of the completely unoccupied fucker cos my kids are bloody arseholes.

Gloves tend to be in pockets.
Scarves on each person’s coat hook.
Hats are in a wide shallow bag hanging from a coat hook. I swap winter and summer hats round, welly socks, spare gloves, sun cream and sunglasses also go in there.

Hats and gloves are in two wicker baskets - one for me, one for my husband - that live on an integral shelf in the hall table. Scarves are on coat hooks next to that.

A drawer each, plus one for odd gloves, gaiters, headtorches and other oddments.

We have 2 large wicker baskets under our hall table that they live in. Along with small umbrellas, football boots, shin pads, scarves and random stuff that’s been chucked in there.

Scarves and gloves currently being used go in the sleeves of coats.
Those that are stored go in a big wicker basket.

We've got a cube in our hallway. Dd has a box and dh and I share one, that is the idea anyway.

Gloves are all stored in the pockets of winter coats. I just make sure every coat I might wear in cold weather has a pair of gloves in the pockets.

Woolly hats are thrown on the back seat if the car in winter then out away in the wardrobe when the weather gets warmer.

In a large chest of drawers in my hall along with a torch, doggie poo bags, paw wipes, wet wipes, and hand cream. Dogs coats in the drawers too.

Stuffed in my coat pockets but I need a good place. Clearly remember putting away my favourite scarf at the end of the winter 5 years ago, never seen it since…
