Mission

Ds woke about an hour and a half ago.... came into my bed and said he'd had a bad dream I snuggled him up and asked what his dream was about..to which he replied "Monsters".
I hugged him and said not to worry because there are no such thing as monsters. After a minute or two he said "I don't want to go to school"
I guess there are such things as monsters
Anyway...I'm keeping him at home for a bit I have decided.

I have quickly scanned the rest of today's thread...but forgotton most of it...except to say...I was HOOKED on Isketch! I may do that now infact because I'm not getting much bloomin sleep anyway!

Its strange being up when everyone else is asleep...LOL the cat is freaking me out! She keeps sitting up and staring into the kitchen and flicking her ears about.

Anyway...hopefully by the time you all get up my link will be working properly, and I'll catch up later xxxxx

Moning Ludaloo I hope you get a quiet day today after your early start! I was up at 3 with ds but only for 1/2 hour.

I'm losig track of who is doing what, but I hope everyoe is ok

I'm going to be out all morning but will try and do my morning routine properly before I leave.

grouchy your posts do make me go all curly up inside (in a NICE way!) Well done Ed ! (Emily cried but finally relented and Tom tried to play the big man and started showing off only to be told sternly by the dentist (fab bloke) to keep still he was as quiet as a mouse after that.

DS off to school this morning (yay!) and dd to nursery this afternoon so I WILL NOT be sitting on MN !

Morning All

Well I had a bath...and then managed a hour or so sleep. (Except I have woken up with a damp bed head hairdo will have to put it up I think!)

No idea what is wrong with my sleeping. Hopefully I'll just get too tired and I'll sleep properly. Mind you...it seems to be that when someone else wakes me...I can't go back to sleep. I might hide tonight!

so chuffed just read mission & I did this last night. After DH cleaned the stairs & the chairs with carpet cleaner the kitchen was a bit of a mess. So I cleaned kitchen, bleached work tops, shined sink,hob & oven door

I think I may have Tonsilitis have appointment at Dr's at 3pm. Not taking Ellie to Mish Mash just in case I pass it on. Also have period from hell which arrived 12 day late

Cat has returned all safe and well. I just worry as he is getting on a bit, also cleaning a long haired white cat is a nightmare.

Luda Try some passiflora tablets, passion flower they are great and work sometimes for me, although currently on real medication!!!

Today is a really busy one for me as DS1 is at nursery, so do the home blessing, supermarket shop (no deliveries for me in the sticks, alas Lidl and Aldi do not deliver)

Thanks TMH I wish we had Lidl and Aldi close by my mum had Lidal practically on her door steps its fab. When I visit her I go daily the nappies & baby wipes are fantastic & much cheaper. My Tesco delivery was very expensive yesterday, I discussed it with DH this morning. Saying I may change to Asda, there is a big Superstore in Watford. ALso read that the spice girls have done an advert for Tesco & I aint lining the pockets of bloody posh spice!(sorry for the rant but I really dislike posh not that she has every done anything to me & I haven't met her) Thankfully Ellie can't read yet I will have to teach her to be more tolerant of celebs who have far to much money & are up the won back sides)

Ellie posting your undies made me lol yesterday Ds went through a phase which is thankfully almost over of being completely obessed with boobs, he'd grab mine and say (usually loudly, in public) "Ohhh, Mummy, these are nice" He'd also enjoy parading round with one of my bras over his head so he had boobs too

Luda at your bad sleeping habit! Hope it passes soon. Also fo ryour poor ds and his monsters. Keeping him at home sounds like a good idea x

~ outside rubbish bin out for emptying and back in, and neighbours' bins brought back from the kerb
~ shredded some stuff with names and addresses on

Not getting on too badly now Floors are wet so I have the perfect excuse to MN for a few minutes. Ds has gone to a friends for lunch so I need to make use of the time and call into work while I'm on my own...will go in 30mins.
