My DC has just started secondary school and is wearing a blazer for the first time.

How often do you wash your child's blazer?

I just worry if i wash it too often it will lose its shape!

Thanks 🙂

Every week on a quick wash either 30 or 40oC. DC wear shirts and jumpers underneath depending on the weather so blazers aren’t whiffy, I just feel I should wash them with the trousers/skirts weekly.

I wash DS’ blazer every week. He’s 12, and quite sweaty/armpitty. It’s polyester, so I was it as part of a normal mixed load on 40 degrees and ten put it on a hanger and hand it on the radiator to dry. It’s always dry by the next morning.
