Well I'm just off to get DS...have spent the last Hour and 15 mins Ironing...and its all done!! Hurrah!

maybe ds is just doolally too then....I thought smarties were E number heaven!

Well I have picked Ds up....had a friend pop round for some lunch, I'm eating Sticky Toffee Cheese Cake ..... and cream
(well it needed eating up...)

Right, off to remake my bed and strip the kids beds....
Shall tidy up lunch bits and hoover house too...

hmmmm...that's 2 threads I've read lately about how to wash bean bags....they have spurred me to wash the kids tweenie bean bag, which was yellow, and is now a kind of mustardy brownish colour.... I have just had to cut the inner bag out as it was all ripped, the outer bag is in the wash, and the beads are all in a black bin bag. I have no idea what to put them all back into!! I can't put them straight back into the outer bag, as it will only take one of them to open the zip and they will spill out! A pillow case isn't big enough....any ideas?????

Have half a toyshops worth of lego sprawled over the living room floor (I cannot find a white 2 piece which of course is the only thing holding the front side of ds's mahoosive police station together

Have a friend over after school so having tea and back to it !

Ah ruby your plan is a good one...except whilst cutting the inner bag out I managed to nip the outer bag and now there is a hole in it....I should just sew that up too shouldn't I I'm just sooooo crap at sewing.....I'm not even sure we have any thread! I suppose I should go and investigate...and do it properly (was trying to cheat having to sew the hole I made up!)

~3 odd buttons
~and 2 empty sewing machine spindle things (I don't have a sewing machine)

I don't even have a needle, let alone thread!

Funeral went very well infact it was lovely. Sun still shining and dd2 has hoovered for me whilst I was out.

Got to catch up on some washing and start the first of 3 paintings that I've been needing to do for months. Got an exhibition at the end of this month and have to finish the paintings by the 29th for handing in . Why oh why am I such a procrastinator?

Tomorrow we are taking the girls to either the Dynamic Earth or the Science Centre so need to get organised today.

Ah...bingo! thanks Gibberish I'll do that (why oh why did I not think of that I got the pillow case out the airing cupboard and decided it was too small....and stood looking in there for something more suitable LOLOLOLOL!! I swear to god my braincells have dissapeared)

Really looking forward to tomorrow - I think I'm more excited than the kids Can't quite decide which one to go to though. Might start a thread asking for opinions. But am I that brave?
