Take the filter out and rinse it throughly. The pipe might be full of bubbles, too, so check for that.

dementedpixie · 03/10/2019 20:03

Salt supposed to help clear suds. Did you look for what the error code means?

dementedpixie · 03/10/2019 20:10

From googling there is water in the base and fixing it seems to involve tipping it to get the water out

helpamamaout · 03/10/2019 20:11

Water in the bottom. Says to taje it out and tilt 45 degrees. But dishwasher is Integrated. Does that mske it more difficult?

Do i need to remove kickerboard to do this????

OP posts:
DelurkingAJ · 03/10/2019 20:12

You may need to unclip facia to get it out. I know DH did something similar when we had to take the integrated washing machine out.

helpamamaout · 03/10/2019 20:16

I am going to be in so much trouble for this. (Not in a dv way) just we don't have time or money for this, 2 sick kids

racks out and scoop out as much bubbles as you can take filter out and get sponge to get water out of void at bottom by filter.
The spray arm top on ours attached to basket on out so easy to take out remove bottom spray arm run machine on rinse prog and keep bailing water out .
might tale a few goes and also squirt a bit off cooking oil in water to kill bubbles

DivisionBelles · 03/10/2019 20:21

Vinegar works to reduce the bubbles. Chuck some in and put it back on. Warning - your kitchen will smell like a chip shop though. Learnt from bitter experience. In my case foam party was an understatement!

helpamamaout · 03/10/2019 20:24

Rwalker
Doing this did you avoid having to pull dishwasher out to tip water out?

OP posts:
rwalker · 03/10/2019 20:28

hopefully worth a try worked for me its the jets on the spray arms that create the foam
nothing lost try throwing some salt in as well
I waited till the machine filled opened door and the bailed it out with cloth and sponges
presume error code due to foam

cannotwaitanylonger · 03/10/2019 20:42

Why the hell did you put Fairy in it?? Grin Grin Grin

helpamamaout · 03/10/2019 20:45

I didn't!!!!! As such. Leftover fairy on something that been soaking.

Bubbles removed. As much water as i can get out scooping. Will post pic. ?? Should there be more?

Machine still shows message and sound like ??pump still trying to work. So cant try a different cycle.

Top up your salt dispenser (the one with red arrow). I think there's probably water in the wrong place that needs removing first before it will work again

helpamamaout · 03/10/2019 20:55

???must be dishwasher salt or ordinary cookingsalt

OP posts:
dementedpixie · 03/10/2019 20:56

Yes, dishwasher salt in the compartment, not table salt

dementedpixie · 03/10/2019 20:57

P.s. its supposed to have water in as well as salt

SillyMoomin · 03/10/2019 20:57

Must be dishwasher salt. NOT ordinary salt

helpamamaout · 03/10/2019 20:57
