can't find any whilst looking have put dishwasher back on and it is making some sounds again which sounds like it may be water draining??????

E15 sign still on.

Red arrow compartment now empty of water. Is this where the floid would have been? Or could there be somewhere else down below still flooded?

You probably need to do the tilting thing so the dishwasher stops thinking it's flooding. With mine you lift the front edge.

You need PigletJohn

That compartment is supposed have salt and some water in it. That's the water softener. There may be water in the base of the machine and its activated the aquastop mechanism.

helpamamaout · 03/10/2019 21:13

How do i talk to piglet john'?

Have you tried clearing the memory by turning the power off? Trip switch in your fuse box.

dementedpixie · 03/10/2019 21:59

If the aquastop has been activated due to the excess foam then water needs removing before it will work again

PigletJohn · 03/10/2019 22:19

If it has overflowed and is fairly modern, it may have filled the catch tray underneath. If you can pull it out from the wall, you can empty this tray by tilting it backwards. Put some old towels down first and mop it up quickly before it has damaged the floor.

If you can find the instruction book, there will be a list of error codes.

E15 should mean it has a fault in the water-filling process. I don't see why fairy bubbles should cause that. Your filling hose is probaby in a sort of translucent plastic sleeve with a box near the end. This is a leak detector, and it turns off the water supply if there is one. Maybe water got into it somehow. I have never had one do that.

PigletJohn · 03/10/2019 22:23

p.s.

turn off power to all nearby sockets and switches first. Electricity is not safe with water sloshing around. If you wait for daylight you can turn off the main switch in your consumer unit.

Resetting the timer on your microwave afterwards is not much of a problem.

In the unlikely event that you have a wet-and-dry builders vac, you can use it to suck up the water. Empty the dust and rubble out first.

PigletJohn · 03/10/2019 22:36

Ah, I see it is an integrated one, so you won't be able to tilt it.

One of various reasons I don't approve of integrated appliances.

Do you think you can find the instruction book?

helpamamaout · 04/10/2019 08:05

Have looked last night for instruction book (in midst of two sick dc both up) couldn't see ot. Will try again today.

dementedpixie · 04/10/2019 08:07

If you have the make and model you may find the instruction manual online

endofthelinefinally · 04/10/2019 08:10

You can find any instruction book via google. Just type in the make and model number of your appliance plus instruction book.
