A superking sized bed

IdaBWells · 05/03/2019 20:55

I am waiting for a white side table to be delivered that I had my eye on and it then went on sale.

Northumberlandlass · 05/03/2019 20:59

A faux taxidermy swan head wearing a crown 😬

OVAgroundWOMBlingfree · 06/03/2019 23:03

A variegated rubber plant.

namechangedforthefirsttime · 06/03/2019 23:07

New carpet

Oliveisme · 06/03/2019 23:18

Mustard colour cushions

plants - cheep and cheerful - really wanted a retro style lava lamp but couldn't afford one so had to settle for plants instead.

Ninninannanoonoo · 07/03/2019 15:34

Loving that jug @burritofan

burritofan · 08/03/2019 15:35

@Ninninannanoonoo Thank you! It's from Anthropologie, aka the place I should have my salary directly paid into 😂

OVAgroundWOMBlingfree · 08/03/2019 16:38

I’ve just bought this for the sitting room

We just bought some lovely dusk rose cushions for the couch, they match the colour of our chimney breast (think Little Green Ashes of Roses) and the velvet curtains we bought in M & S in the winter. Also some gorgeous fake flowers, from Dansk, very good quality range.

MrsPear · 08/03/2019 22:52

We had a photo printed and framed. It is very large - it’s wider than the dining table. The photo is of h’s family home with the mountains in the background.

NewYoiker · 08/03/2019 23:09

Combined my 2 loves of Harry Potter and Emma Bridgewater.. and then I found a salt bowl on eBay that I've been lusting after for years Blush

Life is such a grind sometimes, we all need the occasional bit of new carpet/chair/plant/taxidermy swan

burritofan · 09/03/2019 12:18

LOVE that plant – what is it?

HandbagsAtDawnOrMidday · 09/03/2019 14:57

£12 !!! No idea of its Latin name, I got home and found the overly helpful cashier had taken all the labels off. Grin
With my tender care, I give it six months.

It looks like an asparagus fern (i think there are different types).

HandbagsAtDawnOrMidday · 09/03/2019 17:01

Thank you MeetOnTheLedge I'm determined to care for this, it's near the window but not direct sunlight. It's the kind of house where you always replace your coat with a jumper.

Just properly looked at NewYoiker's window cill. That's amazing, you can report me to HQ for outing you but I have to ask - Are you Mrs Weasley?

I'd love a nice plant, but my cats eat everything every one i buy!

I want something pretty in my house now! I'd buy a new mug but I have so many, I've no room anymore!

I like fairy lights but have no idea what to do with them .. And the batteries always die quickly in the battery ones.

Galwaygirl · 09/03/2019 17:19

Diptyque candle

Meet0nTheledge · 09/03/2019 17:54

No direct sunlight is good, they also like a bit of humidity.
