Didn't get time to post yesterday as I was mega busy. I did get plenty done though.

Nightmare morning already. DS slept in our bed last night so I did not sleep well and when I woke up I was soaked in wee. Cheers Ed, I am capable of wetting the bed myself y'know!

So, up, shower him and me and take a stack of sheets to wash I(cos he managed to do it yesterday too as his nappy was on wrong (my fault that one) DH can take him to school. I NEED SLEEP

I really over reacted this morning too. DS wasn't listening, demanding to keep watching Hi 5 (noooooo) and head b utted me in the nose messing about. So I burst into shouty tears

Big thankyou to you all for thinking of me.

I have had a mare! I started being sick yesterday afternoon and finally stopped at about 2am I then had to get up twice to let it all out the other end

DH has also been sick...he was up 6 times during the night, and has spent all morning on the loo too

The kids are all at home as neither of us have the energy to dress them and get them to school!

Minimal flying today!

(and to top it off I have started a period too....which has given me backache.....well and truly fed up )

I hate bugs...and I hate rain

I had ds in bed with me too - I think it was the stormy weather that woke him (very windy over-night here) so he came in with me and I didn't have the energy to try to move him back to his room - I regret it now, I'm soooo tired! How is it that dh can sleep through all the wriggling?!

I need to spend the morning baking for a school fundraising event so will be ignoring all the housework for now. May try to do some jobs this afternoon (well, will have to some jobs this afternoon - the place is a mess )

Luda - (((hugs))) for you all, its awful isnt it, me n DP went down with it a few weeks ago, my mum came 200 miles to take the kids of our hands we couldnt even feed the baby between us. Hope you are all better soon.

Im in waiting for my new kitchen cupboard doors today. DS is going to soft play with his friend after school so I dont have to leave the house till half 4!

Good morning everybody am back and I need to sort out the house now as the visitor has gone home.

My to do list:

hoover, dust and sweep
clean the conservatory
washing and drying
wash the breakfast dishes, wipe down all the kitchen sides
sort the recycling
clean the bathrooms
make the beds
strip the guest bed
ironing which if I can get some done during the day I will do, if not it will be done tonight.
Sort out the underwear and put it away

Will be back later with an update as I need to sort things out today and I need a kick up the backside!

morning all luda I hope you start to feel better soon, if you feel like you are getting very little fluid boil the kettle and dissolve a couple of teaspoons of salt and a couple of teaspoons of sugar in a litre of water. Drink it warm. You need to replace the salts in your body if you've been sick a lot the sugar is just to make it palatable.

Victoria sponge is in the oven - wanted to do a LDC but have no lemons so a good old plain sponge will have to do May do the LDC after lunch, can collect lemons from the shops when I collect ds from pre-school.

Might attempt to put some washing away while it's cooking...or may stay and MN a bit...

Well I feel slightly more human now, I've had a hot bath and a piece of toast, and some warm salty, sugary water!
Dh lit a fire, and has gone to work!!! He had to meet someone and couldn't re-arrange it as they have traveled miles to get here.

DH has now got man flu...well I'm NOT playing.

Spent all morning sorting the huge mounds of laundry.

Empty WM
Load WM
Wash all the bed clothes and matress protectors that Ed liberally wee'd on
Bring down damp washing and load and run TD
Sort through wet washing and hang to dry
Hang the sheets up to dry
Extra spin for matress protectors
Hang to dry
Hang duvet cover to dry
Empty TDF
Put away

I'm taking it slowly and not panicing too much. I have learnt a couple of things tho

Don't let DH introduce DS to scary electronic media they have nightmares and want to sleep with you
Ensure night nappies are rivetted onto your los
If you have a king size bed, ensure above point is adhered to!

Still having problems here and i may lose internet in the following weeks.
I suppose it would be easier if i explained why. Then some of you may have ideas which will help!

Well, on the 25th of June i went bankrupt. Couldn't afford to pay off debts on the small amount i have coming in for me and the kids!

Bank account has been closed, all D/Ds being stopped. Phone cut to incoming calls only due to D/D stopping. Benifits not been paid in.And i am having to contact all by mobile which isn't cheap!

Tiscali will only take payments by credit card or D/D so i think they will stop my service. I have to write to head office and see what they say!

And to make things worse the house is a complete disaster zone and i really don't feel like sorting it.

Why can't I get on today?...have loads to do but no motivation...

Cake is made and cooling (hasn't risen v well )

Washing is out of the td and in a heap - think I'll go and sort it next. Have loads of other bits to put away too but just seem to be spending hours drifting round the house doing nothing much in particular!

.....is there anyway you get get your benefits in cash?? Would they do that? Could you set up a P.Office account just for your benefit cheques?
