What fabric conditioner do you use?

I've just run out of my Comfort Frosted Pine and Apple - absolutely adored it but the fragrance was limited edition and I bought the last few that my Home Bargains had

So what one do you use? Which fragrance are you in love with?

I also use yellow Lenor, Fairy Non-Bio and Comfort Pure but I like cycling them so I don't go nose blind.

Any suggestions welcome.

Please don't comment and say you don't use it/like it. It wastes both of our time.

I stopped using it because I prefer the scent of the washing detergent. I can’t understand why they don’t make detergent and softener as a matching set.

Anyway I’ve not noticed any difference with the laundry softness etc although I do have some in to use on dds school skirts or they cling to her tights a bit and crackle. Nothing else does though. It’s quite liberating

Didn’t realise method does fabric softener. Love doing laundry we’ve had week of sun here I’ve washed everything I can think of.

We live rurally and any washing I hang out tends to come back smelling of bonfires anyway

Have you tried the comfort pearls OP? They smell lovely! I leave them in the machine all the time so the utility room smells good

I can't really recommend a fabric conditioner as I love them all

Wilko do detergent and the scent pearl thingies in the ylang-ylang and freesia.

@YogaWannabe beyond irritating isn't it! I don't care if you don't like fabric conditioner, there are plenty of other threads for you to post on. Leave me and my fabulous, fragrant washing to it.

I've never understood the vinegar thing either. I don't fancy walking round smelling like an oven chip.

I’m limited in what I can use as concentrated formulations clog up my machine.

Add a couple of caps of water to the drawer to dilute it (recommended by the guy who fitted our washing machine).

I use supermarket own brands as they aren’t tested on animals. Not bothered which really, though I mostly buy the co-op ones.

Yes I agree. If I could get a softener that smelt like actually detergent I would be so happy! That lovely soapy detergenty smell

Many happy hours would be spent sniffing my laundry.

The premium Comfort perfume one in Heavenly Nectar fragrance. It's usually £5 a bottle so I only buy when half price.

For the first time ever I saw Comfort frosted pine and apple so because of your thread I had to try it and it is by far the nicest I’ve ever had! Ever! I can’t stop sniffing the clothes, going to stock up today!

I use the pink Lenor - think its called Silk Blossom. Bit underwhelming if I'm honest - I am going to try some of the suggestions above.

I knew Lenor yellow had changed. It didn't make my washing smell like a warm summers day anymore :(
I am currently using Comfort white, before that was Fairy white and before that was Lenor honey & something. Really lovely.
I use Persil non bio washing powder (or Fairy, whichevers cheaper).

I wonder if that Comfort frosted pine and apple smells like the Febreeze frosted pine room spray? If it does, I can see why you like it. If I could buy it in a fragrance, I would!
