Monday's mission

Morning all

I was woken by my alarm clock this morning (unusal in itself as ds has usually already woken me up before the alarm anyway) and while reaching to turn it off, managed to knock over a glass of water from the bedside table all over myself Still, it woke me up quickly and I've already been busy - have done the dw, made the packed lunches, sorted some laundry and had a shower. The rest of the house is waking up now so I need to go and get them dressed etc.
Ds and I have toddler group this morning but I can't do my usual supermarket shop because the car is going into the garage so I'll be back after lunch with a small list of jobs. See you later, have a good morning x

Morning shouldbe. My keyboard isnt working and wont do upper case stuff so no bold today. It wont do numbers either

Am going to try and blitz the house today. Will report back later.

another bad night with Ellie, a mixture of the heat, teething & baby monitor alarm going off several times.
just having breakfast. not sure if I'll manage to declutter the sparerooom. we removed stuff from the loft on saturday to put on ebay so it will be there for another week at least

put away the ironing and towels

rest, kids are back at school!!!!!

Ds and I have had fun at toddlers
Now the work begins! By the end of the day I need to have~
~tidied downstairs
~cleared hotspots in kitchen
~cleaned counter tops in kitchen
~cleared living room hotspots
~dusted living room
~done one load of washing
~put washing that is currently on line away
~take dd to after school activity

In an ideal world, I'd like to hoover downstairs once the kids are in bed but I'm not sure I'll be bothered by then so we'll see how it goes.

I'm still hanging all my hopes on being able to have a huge blitz tomorrow so fingers crossed for lots of energy!

Ellie & I didn't go to swimming class today we went to a new baby club from 1000-1130 its run by the lady who takes the baby signing classes. Now napping so I am having some lunch.

Well, shopping delivered and I've put half of it away. Kitchen floor is full of the rest

DDs chilling. I'm having a cuppa for 5 mins then need to clean dowstairs loo. Then I'll feel like Ive done all of this weeks bathroom zone

Hello ladies

Well I am hot and hormonal

Kids are all moany and aggitated. DD2 has a temperature which is not good in this heat.

So far today I have:

~Woken up with DD2 at 5.45am
~Done 3 loads of washing
~Hung 3 loads on line
~Been into town to food shop
~Put it all away
~Been to PO
~Hoovered
~Done D/W
~Made tonights supper
~Tidied bedrooms
~Tidied kitchen
~Cleaned hamster out

Am now in the middle of more filing but wanted a break!

Had better get on.....hope you are all ok

Luda Hello my two are both bad tempered in this heat too, ds has been in temper out in our front garden, shouting and being noisily grumpy when I suddenly realised the family next door where in the middle of a wake after a family funeral Had to bring him in and he's very unhappy now!
Need to go and collect dd from her club in a few minutes - it's soooo hot cycling everywhere!

I find the bathroom pretty easy tbh as I dont have much clutter in there and so its easy to stay on top of. The upstairs of my house is a different story. I find it so hard as the kids are downstairs and I really need to be with them...

We are all in a better mood now...it has started to rain so we have all cooled down (I am wondering if we are in for thunder )

We also have a cage for a guinea pig we bought a cage, a bowl, and water bottle.

My friend is providing us with the bedding as her parents have a farm....she has rabbits and rats (and used to have guinea pigs)and gets huge hay bales.

All we need now is a guinea pig (and food)
The kids are begging me for one each (the older two) I'm all for it but DH isn't having any of it.... we will have to see

Hello shouldbe ..... I love the sun, but sometimes the heat is so hot you can't actually do anything! The kids get ratty and restless and I get hay fever which makes me irritable

glasss you are doing great....I'm like you, our bathroom is pretty easy to keep clean and tidy...I can usually do a weeks missions in one hit.

EHM Poor you with all these sleepless nights It is awful in the heat at night. I hope things get better for you all.

Not a FLYer EHM, a fellow Feb 06 mum, so unless you post on other threads rgularly you probably won't know her.

We had a lovely day togethrer with our little ones, and no FLYing was done (Except the general tidy up and hoover in the morning. I will try and do a bit tonight and more tomorrow as I feel I need to catch up with myself. Did I miss the kitchen last week? I may focus on that as I will get the whole bathroom done tonight or tomorrow.

I have a new bike (Thanks to my lovely friend ) so I will be trying it out tonight, but haven't got a baby seat yet so can't use it during the day.

I took hayfever tablets this morning which expired in 2005, but they seem to have helped as I'm only just startingto feel it in my eyes now.

Hi all.
Had an ok day today.
My brother came round to help me get the large patch of garden dug and grass seeded. he was out there for hours,bless him . he didn't get far but is doing a better job than i was!
I sorted through all my bank statements etc and put them in order .
Also did the ironing (well,some of it!)

Shouldbe Sorry but am lol @ knocking water on yourself. One way to wake yourself up!

Luda We have a Guinea pig. I would say get 2. They like company. Ours has the rabbit to snuggle up too. Lol!

Lol tort I went to try to buy a helmet last week only to be measured up and be told my head is too big they're ordering one in especially
