Morning all

Tort have a good day out today - hope the weather doesn't stop you enjoying yourself
Jas hope your afternoon with a housefull goes well too

We have some friends coming to play this morning, then dd is asking me to call a school friend to play with her this afternoon so we may have another visitor after lunch. Need to do some washing but can't see much other FLYing going on. The mission is easy as I don't have many decorative items anyway, a few photos but I had a dust round at the weekend so they don't need doing again.

We all have visitors this morning then My house is pretty much holding up after the big tidy-up at the weeknd, even the spare room is looking OK this morning ready for my friend to borrow the computer
Folly Farm looks fun Luda hope the weather stays dry for you - it's been raining here this morning but it's stopped just now so I hope we'll be able to play in the garden at least...

Morning ludaloo, jas and shouldbe and Happy Birthday aufish.

Have the childrens guardian and their solicitor coming round today to say goodbye and tell the kids what has happened. Will have to tidy up big style downstairs as I didnt wash up again last night. I am getting sloppy and need a big big kick!!!

Thanks girls for the birthday wishes, have had a cheeky card from my other half up to now and that's it, sat watching kids programmes with a coffee at the moment, am having to wait until the other half rises from the dead for my pressies.

Well in honour of the fly thread i have booked my bouncy castle for my bash (its a washing machine which comes with a foam cannon) Somehow it seemed appropriate! !

HAPPY BIRTHDAY AUFISH

DS fell down the steps of the bus today, that was the cherry on top of misbehaving 3 yr old really.

Patch and Austin have settled in well. Patch has burrowed down into the bark chips I put in the bottom.

The ironing took forever yesterday and, oh joy, it needs putting away now.

Our morning visitors have gone and this afternoons friend has cancelled till Friday so we have some time on our hands this afternoon. It's still raining so I think we'll go into town and do some errands then go and have a hot chocolate and some cake at a little cafe/bookshop we like
Hope your ds is OK grouchy?

Better go and get lunch...

THanks for the kick shouldbe It worked. Am now sitting in a tidyer and cleaner house. Have done:

Hoovered and tidied all downstairs
Washing x2 loads
Drying (was on line) x1
Washing up
Cleaning oven
Bills and paperwork
Dressed and showered
Kids visited by guardian to say goodbye
Ordered ds new school uniform for next year
Sent off cv x 2 and talked to a head of HR re new job

Off to town to:

Sort out bus pass photo for ds
Post a load of stuff
Get replacement library tickets for me and dd
Shopping

Blimey might ask for the kick every day of the week now shouldbe

Have fun at Folly Farm, I live about an hour from there and the kids absolutely love it, was supposed to go last weekend but dh was ill so we're probably going this weekend at some point.

Not doing much FLYing today as kids have been over Granny's since yesterday so now they're back we're going to be spending some quality time I reckon!
