Well i'm in a grump, my crappy next door neighbour (who i've never really spoken too as he's a wife beating jerk) has told my painter he won't let him access his garden (they need to put a ladder over his brick wall to paint our eaves)
Why ? What is the problem .. it would take about an hour
I sooo feel like knocking on his door and yelling at him ( he's on probation at the moment for a road rage incident soo perhaps i'll be safe)
He's a real charmer (sorry i mean tosser)
